I took a 2 month break away from PE, and I'm thinking I should come back to it now. Hoping to do things right, I'm determined to stay consistent and make gains this time around. I'll be PEing 3 days per week, the rest will be off days; following the less is more attitude.

Routine will be:

Warm up 10~15 mins
60 sec directional, A, V, and circular stretches

10 minute jelq, 5 sec strokes } 2 sets
4 minute v jelqs 3 sec strokes } 2 sets

Edging for 15 mins (minimum)

I will stay on this particular routine until I begin to notice a decrease in my positive PI's, if that's the case, I'll add an extra set to the jelqs/ v jelqs. Every now and then, I'll substitute my routine with the Jelq free routine.

I'm considering traction wrapping as well, since that tape seems cheap, plus, I'm a sports guy so the investment is nice anyhow.

Day 1

Warm up 10 mins
60 sec directional, A, V, and circular stretches

10 minute jelq, 5 sec strokes } 2 sets
4 minute v jelqs 3 sec strokes } 2 sets

Edged for 45 mins
Meditate/train reverse kegels for 15 mins.

Notes:

Microwaving my rice sock for 1 min 30 secs barely lasted 10 mins for my warm up, need to invest in flaxseed.

Was only able to flaccid jelq, reached about 10% engorgement, 20% max.


Engorgement of about 30% was easier to achieve with v jelqs.


Edging, I used no visual/audio stimuli, focused on imagination/sensation; hardly felt any sensation or pleasure. I was able to achieve an E% of about 50%~60%: the shaft felt somewhat firm, except I had deflated glans.

Wasn't able to achieve PONR not once within the 45 min edging session; was focusing on deep breathing, relaxed body.

This will be an interesting 1-4 weeks, lets see if my imagination/ edging ability improves

Overall, I guess this routine was decent for taking a two month break , resting for 2 days.

Trained reverse kegels, did about 10, 10 seconds

Notes:

After the first set of jelqs and v jelqs, I was somewhat hard, took a while for me to return to flaccid so I could do my bundled stretches before my next set.

Still finding difficulty getting past flaccid when I jelq, I get about a 10% erection at best when I'm jelqing; perhaps 20% when I'm v jelqing.

Edging was a bit easier this time around, I didn't reach a single PONR, however, my glans were semi inflated, and at times, I was able to feel slight pleasure. Sounds like progress to me :eek:My reverse kegels are feeling a bit better, still not sure if I'm doing them right, but I guess that's part of the learning process.

Resting tomorrow, going to hit up a legs day, I've been neglecting that area lately.

Notes

During first set of jelqing, it was easier to get to a higher eq, I was more engorged.

2nd set of jelqing, was easier to become plumper faster, v jelqs were feeling nice.

Resting. Going to my follow up dentist appointment today, getting my wisdom teeth checked again. Thinking about heading to a friends house, have fun hanging out with the guys. May head to the mall later, need to check out some stores, window shop, and talk to some ladies.

Notes

I've noticed I become more engorged when I do my jelqs sitting down. Good session, resting two days in between sessions now. Reached PONR while clamped 3 times, managed to kegel my way to not cum; this was when my 20 mins were up.

Decided to unclamp and reach one last PONR, however, it took a while to reach it, I was semi erect, not exactly rock steel hard, but I managed to reach this last one, and evade cumming. Every time I was approaching PONR felt so damn good though. Not used to that feeling at all.

This no porn thing is starting to do well I think.

Experimented with jelqing standing up, laying down, and sitting. I like to rotate in between the positions occasionally. I was able to get pretty hard while getting ready to do the uli's. Then again, I was masturbating to a vag pic this girl sent me. Overall, session went well.

Been having random erections all day, their EQ varied from 6-7 but they would have been hard enough for sex.

Resting today. Decided to get back into dancing, open up my creative juices, plus it's a fun hobby. Had some friends recommend me some nice hobbies to look into. Today, I'm working out my abs, back, and shoulders. Heading to the beach friday, and saturday, as well as a party.
