Emm, a bit, yeah. I gained some of my lost gains back but still a long way off. I am currently 8" x 5" when I have pretty good EQ, which fluctuates a lot. I am just concentrating on girth, but my workout is still half-arsed at the moment. Just try to maintain at the moment.
Mentally and physically I have been all over the place in the past week or two. PE has been the last thing I was in the mood for. My libido and EQ were shot anyway. Will try do a bit to start back again.
I've been doing 15-20 minutes of clamping every second day for the past few weeks. Not much, but will try getting back into it more seriously when other aspects of my life gain a bit more consistency.
