Yup, MEG while clamped. Yeh, I think so, my dick looks longer when it is clamped, but that could just be sense-perceptions playing tricks on me because of my improved EQ and the increased vein-iness of my dick. So far, so good though!
Ok got you I thought of it more like the expansion you get after taking your clamp off. I've never measured my MEG while clamped only have after taking the clamp off.
Measuring it while clamped might be smarter since after taking your clamp off your penis often tends to get more flaccid.
Yup true. It is a nice indicator of how much I can expand to and how much potential gains are lurking around the corner for me... hopefullyWill do a CEG measurement once every 2 or 3 months to see if it is changing. I am loving clamping again and regret quitting it before to concentrate on length. Reckon I would have made some nice girth gains with it.
So based on increases in CEG if you notice increases in that aspect you will measure your MEG then?

10 minutes clamping with double-handed squeezes
35 minutes clamping with double-handed squeezes
1 hour hanging BTC at 10.5 lbs (total - 283 hours)
Are you taking pumping off or doing it on certain days?
A lot of clamping done today hopefully your not overdoing it too early in your girth chase.![]()
Also thing to keep in mind is to let clamping work in a sense of not adding more and more intensity since many times you can gain girth by less.

What do you mean by this?
I mean by this that sometimes less is more. Let's say if your clamping 3x10 minutes if your getting good PI's and your EQ gets better it does not mean your in need to add time or sets since your current amount is working well.
It's all about repetition in my opinnion getting that expansion and repeating it session after session over time that will bring some girth gains.
Sticking to certain amount of sets or time with clamping and giving it some time to work prior to adding more intensity.
