Kegels vs Reverse

Okay, so I've read different threads about both kegels and reverse kegels but I seem to get conflicting responses about their benefits and when to use them.

So sometimes I read that doing kegels will help you last longer and improve EQ. Then I'll read that in order for the kegel to be effective you have to kegel right before you're about to ejaculate, this is the only way it helps.

THEN, in another thread I'll read that kegeling is what makes people ejaculate, they aren't used to prevent it, they are used to force it. And then someone will say that reverse kegels is what prevents them from ejaculating too soon.

So, what is the real deal?

I have no idea. I seem to be confused about these too. During sex, I try to hold a Kegel for the whole duration, as I feel it makes me a little harder and prevents ejaculation. I might be doing something else, but that's what it feels like to me. So for me, Kegeling helps me with getting hard and prevents ejaculation, kinda like holding in your piss.

like one long kegel during sex? damn, lol. Idk if I can hold one that long.
When you kegel to prevent ejac is it one long hold, or short ones?

I did it this morning and when I was doing short quick kegels it made me want to ejac, but when I pulled out and held one long one, it subsided. I'm confused.:noidea:

Do you know how to reverse kegel?

To reverse kegel, you relax your pelvic floor and flex your abs, some put it as, like when you push out faster while urinating. And it is preferred to kegels as they bring you closer to the PONR.

I just act like I'm holding a piss the whole time. That's what it feels like when I'm doing Kegels. If I can hold in a piss while doing it, I can hold in a nut. I'm still very confused on how to do the RKs too, no matter how much I read up on them or how much research I do, but I try to just relax my whole pelvic area like I'm letting out a piss, fart, or dump. That's what I understand from them. I'm trying not to spend too much time on them until I figure them out tho, as I think I'm doing them wrong and I don't really feel anything different. If I'm doing them right, I'm sure I do them throughout the day subconsciously, as well as the Kelgels. I hope I'm making a little sense here haha

So you do them when you're partner is about to climax? (given that you want to do it simultaneously) How many should I do of these? and should I pair it with my regular kegels? Would you be able to explain why quick kegels brought me closer to PONR and why one long one prevented it?

Sorry, I know I'm asking a lot of question, haha. Obviously I'm going to need to do further research on the subject

Haha you're making sense, they're just more complicated than I thought they were.

Kegels are like stopping urine mid-flow, but you need a stronger hold for longer time to have a DO, otherwise, you are weakening your erection and bringing the PONR closer.

Reverse kegels, as well as regular kegels, need time for you to master them, start now, and with time you will be able to perform both at will.

Also I'm talking about your PONR not your partners, performing a reverse kegel before your PONR will delay it, performing a kegel bofre your PONR will bring it closer. :)
