What's up PEGYM, I'm new as you can see but not new to PE. Basically the first time I heard about PE (4 yrs-ago) it was from a friend that read some e-book and I read it and was interested in Multiple O's. I had no problem at all whatsoever the PE or ED nothing like that I just wanted to improve so I started doing kegel while using the bathroom starting and stopping then I started mixing it with the hold and breathing and trying what I believe was edging this went on about 2months weeks like every other day full strength then I started noticing during sex things were off and stopped . FOr example before kegels I was in control and relax everything was running like a well oiled machine I could actually feel the when the PONR was coming when it got that far(most of time I didnt even get finish) and was in control the whole time also making my penis jumped only my I wanted to. Fast Forward to now Im not excatly sure I'm having PE problem but I finish way to fast then I use to and I believe its from expermenting with kegels. What I started noticing and still do was shorter time,tense and my breathing felt like Im unconsciously trying hold my breath,my penis would be jump a little like without my control and tighting real hard up quick and thats when its all over sort of like PONR now as soon as it tightens. I read on the interent and here some post about kegels having a reverse affect for people and I read also there a reverse kegel and I had no idea. My question now is if I do reverse kegels will I get back on track......
