can someone help explain to me the difference between all the different types of kegels. like root lock, IMO kegel, front kegel, reverse kegel, and others. I see them all in different posts and theres so many different kinds its hard to remember them all. I believe that the cause of PE is a weakness in one of these aspects. and I want to find out which one I am weak in

Front kegel is when you can make your penis move while you kegel, back kegel is when you feel like your anus is sucking in. Reverse front kegel is like the pressure just behind your penis when you're forcing out pee, and reverse back kegel is like a ballooning feeling between your anus and balls, kind of like you're trying to fart. :D
Not sure what root lock is, but searching here or in google will most likely find your answer.
And chances are if you have pre-e then your reverse kegel as a whole is probably weak(though it's not always the case)

thanks steve. when I kegel should I be isolating between a front and a back doing them seperately. it is hard for me to do one of them without doing the other. while it seems that it is easier for me to do a reverse front without doing a reverse back at the same time. My kegel is definately stronger than my reverse kegel. Another thing to note when I kegel with an erection my dick does not move very much is it weak? my dick when it is erected also does not stick straight out but instead pretty much straight up only a couple inches from my abs haha

It takes weeks/months of practise and a routine to isolate them properly and most people have stronger regular kegels, but most do around 50/50 regular and reverse in their routine then isolation can come later and do 4 way routine work.

Excellent posts Steve.
Root lock is another term for back kegel and reverse root lock for reverse back kegel.
