- This thread is to collect SUCCESS STORIES of people who cured their PE with use of KEGEL / REVERSE KEGEL routine (aka BALANCING PELVIC FLOOR)..
Therefore to post in this thread i give you the 6 RULES OF SUCCESS
AND REMEMBER THIS IS "Kegel/Reverse Kegel/Pelvic Balance SUCCESS STORIES" SO IF AFTER ANSWERING ALL 6 QUESTIONS YOU FEEL THAT YOUR CURE WAS MOST LIKELY DUE TO OTHER FACTORS LISTED IN ANSWER NO. 6 RATHER THAN K/RK ROUTINE DO NOT POST IT HERE...
I think this is an important little bit of research. I am going to try and answer to the OP, even though, strictly speaking, I am not sure if I do it in with all the very stringent rules. (I fear that the strictness of the rules might lead a number of people, who do have important input, to bypass the thread). A couple of comments then my story:
1) RULE NO.1 "REAL SEX ONLY"
I’m not sure how you expect us to prove vaginal success (I am not posting videos), but I think I have had some.
2) RULE NO.2 "REPEATIBILITY"
The 5~10 restriction is one thing I am talking about. I have had almost that much. I am not “cured”, I am in control. I think any success is valid, if there is only one time that is important because we can look at what was involved and if there are other factors.
6) RULE NO.6 "OTHER INGREDIENTS"
This is important, especially when related to my comments in 2.
The last few times I had “real” sex with my wife I was able to last in the 20 minute range without getting higher than an 8 on the PONR scale. I have not hit 10 times, but I am at about 7 or 8.
I have done kegels for years. Starting in about 2005 regularly. I did about 200 tense and release kegels daily for about 10 years. I also would do tense, count to 5 then release to a count of 20 about 2~3 times a week. The ratio was about 200:0 kegels to Reverse. I would often have involuntary kegels.
I often would do kegels at the start of edging to try and pump up the erection. I hold a kegel to a count of ten jerks for 10 reps. Last couple of years I started to add in reverse , then reverse kegel to a count of 10 jerks. I have discontinued this practice for the last month or so and am not sure if I will continue.
In 2015 I learned of reverse kegels. It took to about summer 2016 to get them done properly. Starting then I added reverse kegels to my routine. At first it was about a ratio of 5:1. Then from about last summer I would generally do a kegel to a count of five then revers kegel to a count of five, thirty reps, and then about 30 rolling kegels. All in all 2~3 times daily. So the ratio is about 1:1.
I also do both while doing yoga. Specifically in the cat stretch, as I arch my back up I roll a kegel from front to back, and as I relax it down I do a reverse.
Back in 2005 or so I often could not last. I would usually be able to do 2~5 minutes before I started to see that PONR. From time to time it would be right as I entered her. Once in a while I could last 10~15 minutes. When I get close to the PONR I tried to kegel to hold it back.
The last year and a half I have been using reveres kegels when I get close. There were times when I was able to power through until she came then would pull out and let loose.
Now we can do it for a long time. 15~20 minutes, and generally she wears out first.
I do edging daily, but I use that as a chance to focus on the pelvic floor and not kegel and use reverse kegels to stay in command. I usually get up to the edge about 4 times per session. I've been doing that since beginning of 2015.
In the last 6 weeks have started ballooning regularly. I get myself up to maximum EQ and try to stay there without getting anywhere near the PONR. I focus keep the pelvic floor relaxed and control the involuntary kegels.
I do do yoga 5 times a week, and it includes hindi squats and other exercises to release tension in the pelvic floor. I exercise regularly.
I take supplements but nothing related to this.
Summing up. I started in 2005, but only really had any idea what to do for a good routine in 2015. I have kept the ratio of kegel to reverse 1:1 for the last year. I have gone from maximum 5 minutes to 20 minutes (or even more).
