Why did you do all of that in one workout? Was your goal those cookies? :p After a proper set of deads I can't do much else. I usually do squats, deads, and some accessory work.

Creatine and rest between sets/exercises allows me to do more :thumb:

Am I over training? I was pretty beat towards the end, but I bucked through it and got in the curls and dips. Had to get those isolations in after doing so many compounds lol or are dips a compound? Lol just trying to get bigger and leaner! I should sleep like a baby tonight!

Most people can't put their everything into the big lifts if they're doing them all in the same day. Even if you do manage to do them all, you're not getting the most from the lifts. You should really separate them into different days. Creatine helps get out an extra rep or two, but it doesn't make you Superman. Even guys on juice still split up their routine.

Dips are compound ... ish. You are working quite a few different muscle groups during dips.

As for bigger and leaner ... that usually doesn't occur simultaneously unless your diet is on point. You usually have to pick one or the other at a time.

Anyway, I'm just ranting. Good luck with your goals. :)

Calories are a measurement of energy. Calories burned are for protein, carbohydrates, and fats. Penguins strut.

To really throw you off our calories are actually kcalories. Yup metric, 1000 per 1.

Yeah I really need to come up with a split routine/schedule. Just haven't sat down to do it yet. Fridays I do tend to go hard in the gym because weekends I rest.

Gonna start doing less, but going way harder. I aim for the 8-12 rep range; getting in at least 8, but not being able to go beyond 12 no matter how loud I'm grunting in rage.

It most probably does, it also means that if you like the juicy doubles, large badonkadonks, or also known as a sizable posterior.
