Yes i warm up alote right before stretching i pull the shower head out so i can get all around my penis with hot water all around the front bak and sides completely warmin up is really important for me. This happened to me in the past and it happened from the extender that time not hand stretches. I wore the extender on a higher intensity and i was feeln some pain cuz of the intensity and when i took the extender off and i was gon do basic hand stretches i was like wtf y dont i havtoo pull my penis like how u usto the other day i only had to pull it a tiny bit for me to feel a stretch and if i went over that tiny bit of a stretch it would feel that pain so its like the ligs retract back like i said cuz there tryn to protect them self from injury? and then after a day or two it started going bak to normal. So what should i do this time to be safe? there is no bruising no swelling nothing at all no veins that r injured and i get full hard erections too so it looks completely healthy on the looks of it so what should i do take a couple of days off compltely then start up again. Lastime i didnt even take any dayz off i just went with the flow of doing those tiny little stretches that i could only do and from their it built it self up bak to the normal stretches i would do that my arms would acually get fatigue after the stretches. And i got no pain or nothing right now as im sittn here on my first break day only when i prolly try to stretch wich i wont intell mayby almost a week of healing or a couple of dayz of healing and last time when this happened its like i had to go bak to scratch and start a low intensity from when i was a newbie then build my way up and that only took me two dayz so i just think the ligs just retracted bak to protect themselves from injury right? so im gon take a week off just to be on the safe side and then when i start up start a lower intensity and build bak up.

I'm surprised there hasn't been a thread on the Rupert Murdoch "news corporation" hacking scandal. But then again it's mainly a british story and i suppose british guys like me just can't be bothered to start a thread (lol i know i can't).
I think there is an effort to keep this forum free from politics and such a discussion would inevitably turn political. Some cartoonishly evil sh*t though. I get the impression that Rupert Murdoch would rob a bus full of orphans if he thought he could make a few bucks.

Well I'm not sure much more has to be said than what is in the wikipedia article. Absolutely immoral, criminal conduct, but I'm sure Rupert will hide behind a wall of plausible deniability and bags of cash. It would be nice to see him in prison orange though (or whatever color they use in the UK, I like to think it's still black and white stripes).
I would love for Rupert Murdoch empire to crumble (yes i'd love him in prison too) because he's had massive power over British politicians for many many years.
In Britain Rupert Murdoch has a newspaper the sun and whichever political party (labour or conservatives) the paper backs that party would more than likely win the election because lots of people read the paper. So politicians from both parties would creep around Murdoch grovelling to him for him to back their political party and quite frankly it was pathetic. Murdoch knew he had massive power in British politics and he knew most politicians were scared of him.
In his other newspaper the news of the world (he closed it last week) it's been well known for years that they've been hacking celebrity and politicians phones (most politicians and celebrities didn't do anything because they were scared of Murdoch). However the scandal erupted a couple of week back when it was revealed that the news of the world also hacked into murdered schoolgirl Milly Dowlers cell phone and the hacker wiped some messages off her voicemail (so they could listen to her parents frantic incoming phone calls) and because her voicemail now wasn't full this was giving false hope to her parents that their daughter was still alive. They also hacked the phones of the parents of two other murdered schoolgirls (known as the soham murder). They also hacked the families of some victims who died in some London bombings from a few years ago..along with numerous other hackings. By the way the police were saying for years they didn't have enough information to prosecute ..but it's been discovered that lots of police have been recieving money from the news of the world for insider information and they've known about the Milly Dowler hacking for years but they convieniently overlooked it (of course to protect themselves).
So at the moment in the UK it's great to see the hold that Murdoch has over UK politicians has disappeared because every political party is speaking out against him. Murdoch and his son have agreed to sit in front of a committee of MPs on Teusday were they will be interrogated (which will be fascinating viewing).
Has i've already said he's closed down the news of the world newspaper.. also he's had to abandon his plans to buy 100% share of british sky broadcasting (BskyB) which would've given him more power in the UK.
Unfortunately they don't wear orange in uk prisons but if it's true that they might have done hackings in America then who knows one day he might be wearing prison orange.

If an ugly / unattractive guy approached a girl, and even before he could use his wit and charm, he'd be dismissed and called "creepy".

I know how you feel. You want to date right now and don't want to wait for some hag to be used up before she wants to get into a serious relationship with you (You know the ones I'm talking about: The hot woman who you find attractive, turns you down, fucks all kinds of skeevy men, then finally settles for your ass when nobody else wants her). It makes you not even want to try because it doesn't seem like it wouldn't be worth the hassle of constantly getting rejected for the jock/attractive guy and getting their sloppy seconds.
I'm a white guy who lives in a black neighborhood, graduated from a black public high school, and works in a prodominately black barber shop. I was told that I couldn't get a date because I wasn't "the right type" for the girls there. I got rejected more times than Muggsy Bogues trying lay-ups against Shaq. I tried my luck at this one girl sitting at a table during a high school dance. I asked her why she was not dancing.
