When you barely hear from a friend after a month of her needing surgeries, and not what they were for, you tend to worry greatly.

Honestly I have been getting so worried my mind races with thoughts from time to time, usually not the best of thoughts. To be brutally honest if something horrible happened to her I would most likely be spending time in a hospital to protect against myself.

Not knowing why she went in is also giving me some hope for some other things. Like maybe she went in to get rid of her hypersexuality, which only brings the idea that maybe dating is possible with me and her again, as it was one of the two primary reasons we broke up.

Really wish there was a switch to turn the brain off, it would be quite helpful.

Sorry that happened to ya Purple. It's sad when people do bad things to ya, but it's really sorry and scummy when it's your own family doing the damage. Thanks for sharing :)

Funny how things work. I pray for a certain feeling to be removed from my mind. Of course I'm thinking delete like you would do on a computer. But instead the issue causing my torment tells me something that immediately removed my angst. It's gone now.
I'll remember it for a bit but there is no torment.
Gosh how I love when stuff like this happens. :)
Whatever works!

I find it interesting to see what happens when I wear a corset in public. Several times I've gone out to certain events/shows that are typically being held in bars. I always wear corsets to these, sometimes regular over-bust corsets but often under-bust ones paired with coordinating tops. Yes there's always a fair amount of cleavage showing. No, I'm not trying to pick anyone up, I just like wearing them. Most people would think that I would get a fair amount of attention wearing something like that, right?

Wrong.

Most men seem to be intimidated by it. Most avoid eye contact with me, I guess as if to try and make it seem that nope they weren't looking at me. In 6 months of wearing corsets out like that only *1* guy has actually come up to me to talk with me. ONE. I find that fascinating.

I want to share a story that is a bit messed up and happend to me.

My mom and dad have splitted up some time a go already. He left me at my Birthday while I made him a wooden ship.

Not mad at him since he did not influence my life at all and I'm better of honestly. I think that happend when i was 10-12 years old now I'm 22.

Anyways after divorce and court due to him not wanting to pay me child support this happend.

My grandmother saved up some money for me in about 10k. It was supposed to go for my education and maybe a car in future it is all gone now though due to being in a messed up situation as far as money goes.

My dad has a twin sister and she has always been hating on my mom.

One day this happend my dad and his sister went into the bank. Her sister was acting like she was my mom and they took the money from the saving account all of it.

We found out about this months later since at that moment we were not paying attention to that bank account. The employee made a mistake for not checking her identity and all of that.

When we found out about it we reported about it to police. He spent the money already and had to eventually pay over 8k of it back after court.

All in all kind of messed up situation honestly. The employee got kicked from the job too.

Just something that I wanted to share.

I am sorry PurpleOnes. I hit like to show love and support to you. I did not like hearing that you had to endure such things. Way to be a good person in spite of your dad, and aunt.

We are scared, and insecure. It is the reason beautiful women complain about not getting asked on dates.

Q. Sometimes I get intimidated by my wife by just looking at her, she's awesome. She has some insecurity issues and gets pissed when she "catches" me ogling her, she says. Of course when I tell her how I catch other men checking her out, especially her big butt, she smiles, says "sure, whatever". So maybe you just miss the clues men give you. If my wife ever tunes in I'll lose her.

No that's definitely not it. I'm very used to the variety of ways men use to hit on me. But when I'm out there wearing a corset, it's a whole different ballgame. Often guys have no problem with letting me know they're looking at me, with a corset on it's like they go out of their way to make it look like they're not. I'm used to men coming up to me and talking to me or flirting with me in other ways, with a corset on there's not a chance of that. If I want to make sure that I'm left alone for an evening, a corset is the way to go.

Perhaps you can wear a sign that encourages men to look at the girls...something like

"Hey Guys, it's OK to ogle!"

Wonder if guys ever measure a girls flaccid clitoris and her erect clitoris. Huh wonder if that matters.

I know how long mine is. Should I start giving those stats to guys? Imagine lmao

Qandisa--I would come up to talk to you! and since we are talking, a couple honest questions: how long have you been wearing corsets and why?

As a guy, that's not something I hear about often.

As a guy, that's not something I hear about often.

I've been wearing the "fashion" (plastic boned) corsets in the bedroom for a few years. I didn't really wear them out as regular clothing because frankly the plastic boned ones just aren't that sturdy, particularly when you have a build like mine, and all the steel-boned ones I saw were stupidly expensive.

Last year I found 2 websites that specialize in steel boned corsets. One is quite a bit more than the other but they had a leather one on at a great price and I decided to treat myself and take the plunge. That turned out to be the start of a bit of an addiction, I've got about 20 steel boned ones now.

I like wearing them because of the way they enhance my silhouette, because they have a way of making you actually feel empowered in them, and because you can't help but stand a little taller and straighter in them. And even when it's a somewhat non-traditional corset (I have a few steampunk ones) or paired with something unusual it still has kind of a classic look to it, and is something a little different form the norm.

What's funny is he's hooked me. When I have the chance in the day to think about it I play with him. I don't want him. I just want to win a round lmao
