How the OP managed to gain 1" in girth I'm baffled, but I have some guesses.
1. He could be young and still not out of puberty.
2. The suction of the ADS improved blood flow in the right way to cause girth gains in some way we (the PE community) doesn't understand.
3. It has been reported that hanging straight down can enhance girth, especially at the base. Usually this is accompanied by little length gain, and comes from short sets of heavy weight.

I've only been using it for less than a week now, but I've just used the noose, not even with the comfort tubing. I find it quite comfortable personally, in fact I even wore it for 5 hours straight a few days ago, walked across the golden gate bridge even with this thing on, not noticeable with jeans. I was walking a little bit funny though, partly due to the extender but mostly due to the fact that my testicle is injured and purlple.
oh nevermind i just read the discreet packaging thing. I may pick one up based on what I've read here then.
So you think wearing this thing 4 - 6 hours a day would be enough to see gains over the long term? I can't see myself wearing it longer than that due to work, family, school, etc.
I got mine in the mail a few days ago. It fits pretty nice and I can see it will have great potential, but I'm not sure if I'm using it right.
First, all this talk about a "head swell". If a head swell is just what I think it is (filling the head with blood), then how do you keep your head swollen? I don't see any way to keep the blood up there, after a few minutes of leaving it along my head has shrunk back down to normal size. Not only that but my head will actually feel COLD, indicating that there's little to no blood going through it.
Second, how much of a stretch are you supposed to feel? After messing around with it for a while I decided the largest size fit me the best, even though I'm only about 7" BPFSL. When I attach the extender to my unit I have it screwed all the way down with the springs pushed in. After it's on I release it and then unscrew it 3/4" or so. At this length my penis looks stretched out but I don't feel any stretching at all. Is this right?
