Is it worth it?

I started a beginner routine(PESG) last week, and will be going overseas in just under 3 weeks with a group. My question is it worth continuing the routine for that short amount of time or will i just lose any possible gains when i'm away?

It depends. I would hold off til you get back because you want to continue with a solid routine especially starting out to condition your member but that does not mean that you cant do some JAI stretches when you go to the bathroom.

I would say that doing a little bit is better than doing nothing at all. It's hard to say if you will lose any gains because I'm not sure if you're have any gains.
Has your EQ improved? How about libido? I don't think you'll see a huge loss in either of these.

I would recommend to keep doing it if you can. Only if you can find the quiet time you need.

I would continue until you leave. While on your trip you can do stretches and jelks while in the men's room and bed fowfers at night.

Even if you gain no size you are making gains in the way of improved technique, i say go for it and enjoy, besides how long are you going over seas for. What kind of privacy will you have. let us know and I am sure we will have fantastic advice for you.

Yes i do enjoy it and my EQ has improved already. I will be gone for about 26 days and will not have much privacy as i will be sharing a room with other people.

Just do JAIs when you take a piss, a few jelqs in the shower, kegels and bed fowfers at night. Or do nothing. Up to you. If you do nothing just restart when you get back. Not that big of a deal in the long run.

I think vacations are a good time to give it a rest. It is just too difficults to get in my workouts when I don't have privacy or a routine.
