Is Bigger Always Better?

This is a problem that for the life of me I can't figure out.

I can't tell what penis size is the best. Where ever I go on the internet, there's always conflicting opinions.

Obviously, the ideal penis size is probably indeed bigger than the average penis size, but what is this ideal?

I hear that 6 inches circumference is the holy grail of penile girth, and I hear of guys saying how much they love it, yet I also hear the exact opposite, that 6 inches circumference is too much, that it causes discomfort and during sex and that some want smaller... and some even want bigger! Why?

Penis length is another one. 6 inches is enough, 7 inches isn't enough, 9 inches is perfect and so on.

Is 8 or 9 inches too much? Is not being able to go balls deep or having to be careful with partners an acceptable burden for having such an impressively long penis?

I'm very confused and very much interested hearing your opinions and experiences.

There is no answer to your question for everyone is different. There is no perfect size for all women. If you would like to be technical,statistical,etc. and find a size that can please all women then that would be the average size penis. It is not too big and not too small.

The ideal penis size varies from woman to woman. Most ladies realistically don't even know what size is ideal since they aren't very good at judging size and frankly, most don't care as long as it gets hard and you know how to use it along with your fingers, tongue, etc. Ask a guy what the ideal size is and you will get so many ridiculous numbers it isn't even funny or realistic.

The idea is to please your lady is it not? Don't worry about your penis size and work more on your tongue and fingering skills and mostly how you respond to your woman's needs in all respects (physical, emotional, spiritual). Just being a loving, respectful, trustworthy man will go so much farther than just being another bonehead with a big penis.

My wife has always been totally infatuated with me both when my penis was smaller and now that it is bigger. We are closer as a couple now but not because I have a bigger penis but due to the fact we know how to communicate and know how to satisfy each others needs. Guess we learned something over the last 22 years.

This is exactly the correct answer. Nature got it correct for most of us. The average penis is the average penis for a reason. All creatures are designed for their specific purpose as are all parts of all creatures. There are always going to be debates but average is good. I know that at 6 inches of girth I must be careful, my wife enjoys my meat but it has been more enjoyable lately for her in moderation. I am not seeking to get larger in girth and if I went down to 5.57 I honestly would not panic over it.

Over my time at PEGym I've discovered the ideal penis size to a man is much different than the ideal penis size for sex. This is okay.

Fully erect I'm at 8.7x5.6 and I've had women tell me my dick is just right. And this is all races that I've been with. It really depends on the woman and her insides. Some like it in there stomach and some don't.

It definitely depends on the girl. I think the 'ideal' size for girls is a bit above average (that's not to say they aren't satisfied with average of course).

I'd go with something like:

6.75-7.5" BPEL
5-5.5" MEG

I think for the vast majority of women, their 'ideal size' would be in that range.

Personally I want to get to a minimum of 7.5 x 5.5. 8 x 6 would be nice, but might not be realistic. And a 6" girth could start causing problems I think.

Depends on the girl. Within a reasonable range what you have will work for somebody regardless of what size you are.

I definitely agree with what Bored said.

I would rather be happy with what I have then make girl's happy though. I'm not saying I don't care how they feel...

But I'm the one who has to live with it.

Average is average so the penis won't slip out and will reach deep enough into the vagina for the sperm to do its job (length) and provide enough stimulation for both the male and the female (girth) to keep going at it. Thousands and millions of years ago, population growth and survival was the top priority, pleasure and sex for leisure came later.

Now that there's plenty of people already, with no pressure of birthing more children to propagate the human race, the focus of sex is more towards pleasure and fun. So, it makes sense for the (perception of) "ideal" size to shift towards above average, like

6.75-7.5" BPEL
5-5.5" MEG

Just my theory.

Obviously penis size isn't the one thing about a man that means most to a woman, in fact it's unlikely to be in her top five. Unless a penis is too extreme (far too short or too long, far to thin or too thick) it will unlikely enter her mind as anything other than normal and acceptable.
However, for each individual woman, there will be a penis size ideal for her personally. That could be anything from 4 inches long and 4 inches thick on the one end to 10 inches long and 7 inches thick on the other end. These may be ideal to some women, but different women have different preferences and different needs.
I have no quotable evidence to back this up, nor shall I bother to find it. However, no matter where I go, if a woman compliments a man on his penis, it's with respect to the size of his penis, and the size that they like most is big, or larger-than-average (these terms are subjective).
Obviously the kind of women that talk about penis size are likely the ones that are interested in bigger penises, they have the bigger-is-better mindset. But nevertheless, you seldom hear "his penis was small, but for me it was just right" or "it was medium/average and it was perfect". There are likely millions of women who have these opinions, but their opinions are not as popular as the women that say that the penis was long/thick/huge and they loved it.
So this is where I arrive that big penises, and by extension, penises larger than average, are in fact preferred, and hence within all of the different sizes of large penises lies the ideal that the majority of women would consider their ideal.

Thanks for taking the time to make this write-up. I'm not exactly sure how your conclusion follows, though, as you somehow seem to suddenly postulate that what the majority of outspoken women want is also what the majority wants. So, well, I still don't think it's obvious.

I do think that a lot of men (me included) would enjoy packing a lil' extra, as the mere thought of being turned down because of size can seem so terribly humiliating. But even if we had a reliable statistic about what the ideal size was, it's not really going to matter because we're not going to bed with a statistic - we're going to bed with an (sometimes two, if we're lucky) individual with a mind of her own. All I know for sure is that sex is a lot more fun if none of the partners drag a lot of insecurities and prejudices with them into the bed room...
