Hi one and all!

My name is David and I live in Hungary as an expat. Enjoy all the wonderful aspects of living in a cross cultural setting with access to the Mediterranean only a few hours down the road. I found this forum as I have been dealing with various aspects of a less than robust erection since I have been on various meds related to having had a heart attack 5 years ago. Now, I am doing well, I cycle aggressively 3000-5000kms/year and also lift weights. I have been taking also supplements related to wellness that include some of the supplements related to penis/erection quality.

I have noticed at my age (56) that what used to be so easy and natural is now something that I am more worried about than before. I never really had issues with staying hard, but now I notice that I will find my erections are less hard and can at times reduce by half. So, I am now paying attention to what I need to do to stay hard like before in order to satisfy my wife completely as she deserves and desires. I have always prided myself in being a good lover and never felt inadequate in terms of size 7 1/2 inches in length when full, and pretty thick. She always enjoys me :), but now is noticing that I am not staying hard like before.

So, now, I am introduced on an intimate level. Ha, more to come.

In case you haven't already done so, please READ THIS as well as the articles in the topmost blue navigation bar, and pay attention to safety instructions. :biggrin1:

Most members here start with JP90, and gain fine from it, being an intense beginner's routine, you may want to consider starting slow and gradually increase workload, as you need to condition your penis first! :becky:

When done correctly, PE will greatly improve your penile health and increase your EQ, in addition to size gains, but you need to be consistent, patient and persistent, please do as much research as you can, start a log in the progress forum to track your progress and get feedback, ask questions, follow safety and exercise instructions carefully and remember that PE is a long term process, don't rush it up. ;)



Stamina exercises, may contribute to gains and penile health, I suggest you read through the Premature Ejaculation Forum and follow a balanced regular and reverse kegels routine for optimum pelvic floor health and conditioning, and practice Edging for more stamina and control. :D

Welcome to the gym! There is an erection tea that you might find interesting. I don't seem to have it bookmarked anymore for some reason. if someone could be kind enough to post a link to the erection tea and the five G's for strong erection, that'd be great.

At your age, the body isn't absorbing as much as it used to and your diet probably lacks a few things. Getting a better understanding of what's out there and what's available to help you opens up some options.

It is never late to start PE and it is good thing that you found out about this forum.

I can advice you erection wise kegels are going to be your best friends.

I hate to ask a simple question here, but here goes: what does the BPEL mean? What is EG?

I know these are contained in the site someplace, but I have missed them.

BPEL means bone pressed erect length and EG means erect girth.

Read this article since it will help you understand them and will guide you on how to measure them.

I personally just track those two but you can also track NBPEL which is non bone pressed erect length.
