I tried it this morning, using the tunica tug method. I just relaxed and listened to the radio and started a slow, very slow, pull and was amazed how far that stretched my penis. I was only able to do this one time because when I got done holding the loooong stretch, it kind of got semi. I held it for about 2 minutes. Pretty cool to see my flaccid stretched out that far. Going to work on these. Thanks CP

ya and the good news is your grip will get really strong so you will be able to hold the stretch longer! My thumb muscle used to fatigue very quickly but not anymore

Alright so, I'm starting to understand the relaxation thing. I actually tried doing some regular stretches with my muscles and found that I get a very good stretch when I keep my muscles relaxed and go very slowly. Whenever I tense up my muscles or go too fast, I can't stretch as far and it hurts. I couldn't believe how close I was to doing a split after only a couple minutes of stretching. It's no wonder yoga helps your flexibility so much.

This is like an epiphony for how I've thought about PE. From now on every session will be all about relaxing and going slow and easy.

I really like this method, I tried it about 2 days ago and got about an extra half an inch. With that stretch I think I was pretty close to max until more tissue grows in. My flaccid hang has been about an inch longer so I'm going to add it to my routine and try it out for two weeks 3 or 4 times a week.

Guys,

Tried this and love it, however when I incorporate this into my routine I am not sore the next day and do not feel like I got a good workout in.

When I look at it the next morning it just seems normal, whereas before (when I did intense stretching) it felt beat up and hung lower etc.

This is a very subtle exercise. You should not feel sore or fatigued.
Hey JP would you say that some residual soreness in the ligs after PE workout is good as long as it is kept from overtraining? Then of course applying heat post workout

A slight amount of soreness is O.K. Anything above mildly sore is too much. If you have discomfort or lingering pain, then you are way overworking.

It really doesn't matter how slow you go, even though you must go very slow, it's the mind set and the relaxation factor.
But don't feel bad, I've only accomplished this once myself. But, I'm working on it.

JP I suspect I have been going too hard with my stretches, thus a recent lack of length gains.

Am trying this gentle approach and will get back on results. Have already seen an increase in bpfsl.

Does anybody else here do hanging? I've been doing it for a week straight with a homemade hanging device (repair clamp) using low weight 2-3lbs. I tried a 5lb dumbbell and it hurt like hell. Will have to figure out a better way to wrap. How do people do 20lbs?????

Not that I EVER would do 20lbs nor would I advise it. I am staying at a lower weight because I value my penis

I tried it this morning, using the tunica tug method.

JohnPop, is the tunica tug where you stop your ligs from stretching to concentrate the stress on the tunica?

This is a very subtle exercise. You should not feel sore or fatigued.

The thing is, I substitute this for my intense streching as part of my 5 day/week routine.

You see what I mean?

Or should these be done on the side?

Do you think damage could be done if you do this soft stretch and go right into an intense stretch once it's stretched out all loose?
