Hey guys so i'm seeing this women who absolutely lovessss huge loads, its a big kink for her and she is of the idea it gives her energy, makes her younger and it's also kinda hot to think about giving her a massive load so I've been looking online and found some interesting posts here and elsewhere talking about ways to increase your load and i'm going to be starting to try a few out to see how it goes.

I was able to find the "Holy Grail Cum Load Increase" post discussing which supplements to take and I was curious if any of you have had any success with this? If so can you provide some information regarding timing of when to best take supplements during the day. I wasn't sure if the effectiveness diminishes if they are taken with food, during the day or at night while sleeping so I'd love to hear any of your stories and methods you've used or if you can link me to a post regarding this 'timing' question that would be great !

I have currently purchased Sunflower Lecithin, Pygeum, Zinc, and L-Arginine and I've also curious about horny goat weed, and saw palmetto berries. I also plan on increasing my fluid intake but mainly I am curious about when to take the supplements to get the best results.

Lecithin makes cum thicker and also increases volume. Drink lots of water. Hydration is key. Take lecithin with food. I take 3-4 1200mg capsules a day. Zinc is also good. I recommend ZMA. Besides that, don't cum unless ot is with her. 3-4 days give best results.

What really helps me in two big ways is eating a lot of celery. I was bending between 3-5 sticks of it in my pre-weight training smoothie. The first thing it does is help you blood vessels expand. In the gym this helps with the pumped feeling... in the sheets, it definitely improves hardness. the OTHER big thing it does is stimulate the production of of semen fluids... it is noticeable.

It's also good for male hormones in general too.

I've been taking 3 1200mg capsules of sunflower lecithin after breakfast and 4 after lunch plus I drink a lot of water and after just two days noticed a substantial increase in amount. She said, Holy crap you cum a lot!

Ultimate Burrito already stated what I do. I take sunflower lecithin because it's cheap, not entirely sure yet if it really helps but I haven't been taking the quantity burrito has stated. I would like to actually be more scientific about it and trial some on/off and measure results...for fun. As far as the ZMA goes, minerals are more foundational requirements for semen production vs production enhancers. I.E. if you're zinc deficient, your performance will suffer. So I always try to hit recommended zinc and magnesium through diet vs supplement, although I don't imagine supplementing it hurts.

What I've always found helps the most is the duration of time I've been aroused between ejaculation. I usually like to have several edge sessions in between when my partner and I have sex. My partner has come to expect a big load and it's actually a giveaway that I may have soloed in between if I don't make a big explosion...That being said I've also had experiences where I've been incredibly aroused for just a few hours before the event and I think the heightened level of arousal really increased the volume.

In terms of celery, I've heard that a certain guy named Peter North (google it) would eat a whole head of celery before a shoot. I've also read that celery affects opacity (whiteness) of the semen vs volume. However, celery is very hydrating so that could help as well.
