Okay what would you have him test you for? So far since all tests come back normal what test would you suggest?

Stop right there. You think you have a venous leak. Blood and hormone levels DO NOT test for that condition. WTF is the urologist talking about!!!???he said there is no point because the tests I had before (for blood, hormones etc) came up completely normal.
...
Now what should I do?
The OP's symptoms don't show any possible signs that there is a venous leak, which is more then likely why any good Urologist wouldn't waste money testing for such.Stop right there. I know all about tbirdy--he did not just have "venous leak like symptoms"--he had venous leak--diagnosed. An awesome guy to be sure, but totally irrelevant to you at this point because you have NOT been diagnosed with venous leak. I'm really sorry that you're getting responses like that from "urologists." Where the hell did they get their degrees from? Find a reasonable urologist who will do the right tests. Anything else is a waste of time. I live in the US so I'm sorry but I can't tell you how to find a reasonable urologist in the UK. Good luck.
Deflated glans and losing an erection within seconds are in fact "possible signs" that there is a venous leak. I'm not suggesting that this is the case here, only that he get the right tests. The OP's symptoms don't show any possible signs that there is a venous leak, which is more then likely why any good Urologist wouldn't waste money testing for such.
.I have several young patients with soft glans syndrome and vasculogenic ED secondary to traumatic cavernosal artery insufficiency (no leak) who I have performed a microarterial bypass surgery from the inferior epigastric artery to the dorsal artery with or without ligation of the dorsal vein with excellent results. Both conditions (ED and soft glans ) improved after surgery, however I don't know if the improvement of the soft glans syndrome is psychological or due to increase in inflow or decrease outflow. Base in my anecdotal experience, I think that well selected patients with a normal psycological evaluation may benefit from bypsas surgery with or without ligation of the dorsal vein.
Well perhaps moderate is more accurate and not severe either because I can still get an erection. I will detail the issues I have again. It is completely possible you are misrepresenting your ED. Like if you feel you really have a problem that warrants expensive medical tests. Then why use descriptors like mild. Definitely mild ED doesn't warrant any invasive diagnostic procedures or treatments. So you just gotta do some thinking i feel. Think about what's going on in both heads and plan from there. Maybe repost your symptoms in a more objective way to us. That way you will know how to describe your symptoms better for doctors to understand you better.
I would actually try Viagra and on a regular basis even I had to rely on it for the rest of my life because I doubt I would ever get a penile implant (hopefully it won't come to that). The thing is though here in the UK anyway I can't take Viagra or any other ED pill unless my GP gives me approval to take it and of course being 26 years old most doctors say I'm way too young to use it. Still though I would try it.If you are going to use Viagra on a daily basis, then perhaps Cialis is a better choice, as its effects are more spread out in time. I was advised to take 5mg a day. But if the aim is to get the blood flowing in that area so as to promote healing, then taking a hot bath every day would be a good first step - and a lot cheaper as well. But both are a good idea: there is a fair chance that whatever it is that ails you will only be fixed by the body's own self-healing process, so you might as well start helping it along.
OK so if it is in your head lets do something about your head.
Kegel
Although I am not a big fan of them they work and can work very well if you are consistent with them. From my experience in the past with kegeling in just a few weeks my erection went from hard to being as stiff as a steel pipe when erect, it took longer to lose my full erection and noticed more sensitivity because it was so hard. Just touching my dick to take a leak often gave me instant wood in 3 seconds flat. Other benefits including having mind blowing orgasms and being able to shoot your cum like a pornstar. The kegel exercise is proven to work the only side effect I know of is if you do too many kegels before you're used to it your erections might be poor for a day or so but it's only temporarily.
Or there is the:
Viagra Daily Treatement
I haven't done this myself yet but judging from medical studies in recent years it looks pretty promising.
Here is a link to the study:
New Viagra Study - Health News Story - WJAC Johnstown
Basically the idea is to take Viagra regularly everynight before bed. For at least 3 months for the effects to be permanent. Studies over the years have confirmed that men with mild ED who took Viagra prior to sleep each night for 3-6 months found they were cured of ED, they no longer needed to take Viagra, the blood flow improvement was permanent and they regained spontaneous erections. Apparently Viaga also works well even for men with more servere forms of ED. I believe regularly use of Cialis can have the same results as well. I think this Viagra/Cialis routine is worth a try for sure.
Well I hope this thread is of some use and like I said if you have any other ideas I am all ears. I have had mild ED for around 4 years but my goal to get my erection quality back as best as I can naturally.
Thanks
