Well,here goes my attempt at an intro.....

Some people already know me in fact,as have already posted a few times,and rambled on a bit(well a lot actually) and put my foot in it with some(though not others), by talking a lot of gibberish-so will try not to do thiat here(hey,I only said TRY not to)and keep it -for me!-succint.Wasnt my intention to cause offence anyway,so apologies if I did.

Oh,and no,not on psychtropic drugs,I spoke a pipe in fact.

Anyway,I really like the site!.The founder asked how people found it....I think it was from a link on a small penis humiliation site of all things-I posted there,and thay banned it,then said similar thgings here,and they didnt,so knew you guys more broad-minded.

Am fascinated by the idea of scale-different sizes and shapes of things-especialy the male organ!./The fact there are such strong feelings involved makes it really intereting(would people compare toe size!?).Not sure if this some kind of gay thing or just a guy thing.

Someone here said something about being honest-a positive quality in itself-but also that that needed if people want to be helped here.Someone else said something about my feeling shame connected with my penis and sex sexuality-well,if I do feel that then its being honest isnt it?!-anyway getting to that,but will try to be truthful about myself in general.

Am in my 40s,6'2",11 STONE 9LBS.sometimes I think of my bodyshape as quite slim and athletic,and others as a bit "weedy",but some women have said I have a nice body shape(well my mum anyway-well actually my bitch ex,too but wont go into that).On occasion I do work out to stop the proverbial sand being kicked,but should do this more.I can think of my self as anything from quite strong to really weak:do free weights,so cant give bench press stats etc(or dead lift etc,as dumb bells).Maybe couls exercise more,although do walk a lot,more than some of the American guys I dare say,as people in UK still walk a lot.

Obviously,my BMI is quite good(though now they say fatter is better!?).I dont have any medical condition,hypertension etc.Occasionally I have had anxiety issues.Spoke as mentioned,but only rarely,not cigarettes,and dont inhale,so doubt if this a factor.

I have woked as a lecturer,and I write.

The last time I measured my erect penis the measurements were 8.1"by around 5.5",but I have some doubts as to if it was indeed fully erect-I seem to remember it as a bit larger.(the method I used was using string on the upper surface from base to tip:not sure what the different measuring criteria here mean yet)

I do have certain "issues"connected to semi-impotence and poor sexual performance,as people who have read my posts doubtless know,so wont go into too much depth about that here.....yes and again the shame thing obviously!

I do find this has got worse(ie erectile dysfunction,lack of staying power)as I have got older-on the other hand issues around this always there.My premise is that these issues are psychological,not physiological-I do know that physical explanantions for impotence more in vogue now.

Oh,one other thing...I have taken natural oestrogen in the dose of 1.5miligrammes skin absorption patches(dont ask).This not for protracted periods,on-and off-at the most for 3 weeks continously.No problems showed up on a standard blood test,but there were symptoms(high,pulse,dizziness).Oestrogen also makes you very horny,for anyone who hasnt taken it!

Anyway,thats it for now.Probably quite boring,but thanks for reading!.

And welcome to our forum, and thanks for joining us. I appreciate the introduction. So I sent you the START HERE button information on the other thread. Did you get a chance to look at the information contained inside? I am not slim like you are. I am chunky, but I walk quite a bit. I don't go to the gym to lift any more either, but I am still pretty strong. Especially for a man closing the gap on 50.
I will buy your Erectile Dysfunction theory as being psychological. Is there any way I can help you over a hurdle?

Good place to start is do some reading in the START HERE thread! there you can find lots of good info that I'm sure will guide you in your PE journey.

Let your penis condition for 90days before proceeding in any advice exercises, check out the START HERE thread for the list of beginner routines and see what's best for you. Start slow and build up your routine overtime. Jelq with an erection level between 40%-65% enough to move up the blood into the shaft and the glans.

Helpful Jelqing Information

Keep your eye on your PI's it will help you to determine if you're doing something wrong or right.

Physiological Indicators

Start a progress log to track your workout, post your positive and negative experiences, gain motivation and receive feedback from other members.
