Hey,

I wanted to wait a bit longer to write since I am still just 5 weeks into this (and haven't see much difference in size), but I have to say I am impressed.

I've done a lesser variation of JP's routine. Can't say I spend the time that I should on each workout, but I do try to do the exercises 5 days a week. Mainly standard stretching, jelqing, and kegels. I kind of incorporate them into one, in most cases.

So far, I have noticed a much fuller and longer flaccid hang. Much stronger morning wood, but if I am flaccid when I wake up, it is 5.5" and ready to go. Erection quality and longevity is a big improvement, and that is what I wanted to work on the most. I think I have gained slightly in length, but it is hard to say. Head definitely harder and fuller on erections. Overall though, a much stronger erection. Also, now when I am getting hard and if I kegel, you can actually feel it work.

I couldn't be happier thus far. Hoping I will see some measurement improvements soon, but even at just this, it is a great result. Even though I am fairly healthy, I almost see it as the analogy that my veins in my penis were clogged so to say, and that by jelqing and kegeling, I've expanded and cleared them out.

Thanks for all the advice on here.

Definitely will always do this. If I don't gain 1CM, I'd call this an improvement and great results. But I do feel good things are on the horizon.

My one regret is that I do find it hard to find sufficient time to warm up- just my circumstances as of now. But I do ease into everything and make sure I am loose and plump when I start with the exercises.

Usually after I am done w/ my stretching and jelqs, I have a nice relaxing feeling down there. Positive PI's. No pain at all during or after PE, so that is a good sign. And I do feel that I work myself fairly well. Usually 30-45 mins a session, 5 days a week.

Great news, Hockey!! You remind me of my own experience just five weeks into p.e.--very similar results. It's a GREAT honeymoon, for sure. Keep up the good work, pal.

I have found that a flax seed sock for warming up is pretty ideal. Heat it up in the microwave, wrap it around... watch tv or something similarly undemanding for ten minutes... and you're good to go!

Would that do the trick for your schedule? This method is very low effort and high benefit (unlike a wet rag which is pretty much the opposite IMO)

Hey Kublakhan,

Sounds like a great idea, but it is both my time and mostly I still live with my folks. So it would be hard to do that discreetly. Once I move out, which should be soon, I will probably get a sock like that...Thanks.

hmm i know the problem actually...

i'm going to move in with a friend soon and can't help but think he'll notice... 'hey, why the fuck does the microwave go off for 3 minutes every night... before you sneak off to your room, and i never smell any food?! huh?! ARE YOU JELQING IN THERE???!!!''... or something to that effect.

'fortunately' i have had some issues with IBS (a pain in the arse... sometimes literally) and it provides a good cover. a friend actually bought me the flax seed thing to try heat relief for the belly/guts... if only she knew what i really use it for!

lol, funny first paragraph. I would have no issue if a friend knew, although I am pretty private naturally.

Sorry about the IBS...I know someone who has Chrones can be pretty uncomfortable and not fun, so I hope you have it under control.

It would be nice if they made microwaves with mute buttons. Just for the beeping of course.

I always take the rice sock from the microwave a couple of seconds before it's set to finish, I live alone, it just annoys me.

Me too. But even then you've still got to push two or three buttons, then you push start. That's a minimum of three microwave beeps to wake someone up just in time to hear the microwave going on every night at about the same time.

I'm sure I'm blowing it out of proportion but it's just a pet peeve.

this thread is now about microwaves - microwave haters anonymous!

Thanks Hockey. My IBS isn't too bad as it these things go. It's certainly not half as bad as Chrone's, I also have a friend who suffers from it... not a nice condition. So I count my blessings.

Funny thing really, I'm the sort of person who is pretty candid... probably give a bit too much away usually, in fact!

But this is my little secret. In a year I'll whip it out at parties whilst yelling SURPRISE!!! (presumably the only surprise being the fact i haven't been boasting about it all my life) !

What nearly got me rumbled a few times is the noise the microwave door makes! I just leave it open overnight if i pe late at night now.

Anyway, sounds like pe is working out just fine for you Hockey, great stuff!

As I said, I will update every so often (maybe we should put this in journals instead)? Been going at it pretty hard this week and feeling very good (Not much morning wood lately, but long flaccid hang when waking up). Still not sure on gains, but I'd say I am pushing a little over 7" now, non press. More importantly, I haven't turtled for quite a while and very happy with how things are going. A lot more confidence just using the urinals if anything else, lol.
