I was just replying to another topic here in the Nutrition section and figured I’d start a new thread, see if anyone has any articles on such and then do some additional searches on the internet in the coming weeks and add more info in future.
Has there been any studies on whether spikes in Human Growth Hormone facilitates or hinders Penis Extension which we are all here accomplishing?
I have heard from various You-Tube videos such as Dr. Berg for example that intermittent fasting leads to pronounced spikes in Human Growth Hormone after the 16th hour.
I have done an on and off intermittent fasting program since February of this year but it has not been consistent, perhaps a few weeks steady of consecutive Intermittent fasting of 16-18 hour fasts followed by a week or more of regular eating.
I may start to keep a journal log and measurements on a much more frequent basis instead of my planned quarterly measurements but will be hard to untie from gains attributed to modifications to my PE program but am curious now.
