How to keep flaccid hang at maximum during the day

Hey guys, just wanted to share some thoughts and get some ideas from some experienced people on this topic.

So, lately I've been thinking a lot about my flaccid hangs throughout the day, and the fluctuations that I see.
Basically, I have around 3,15 inches when flaccid and 6,3 inches when erect. This is a size that I'm mostly comfortable with, but..


Throughout the day, there's a lot of fluctuations on my flaccid hang that kind of annoy me. When it's at its full potential, it hangs beautifully, it's thick, kind of chubby, which feels and looks great,
but seemengly out of nowhere, sometimes I find it kind of smaller, shrivveld, and just not looking good at all.

I've been testing and trying to figure out why this happens and how to keep it from happening, and I've been looking a lot into nutrition, basically keeping sodium/potassium/hydration levels at a good point.

I do find that after having a good meal, with proper hydration my hangs will get really good, but after an hour or so it starts to pull back again.

I'm trying to find out how can I be on that engorged thick stage for as much as I can during the day.
I live in a very hot city, so when I'm with girls, we sometimes like to just hang around the house naked, so that's the main motivation for me to figure this out.


Would love to hear from you guys. Do you usually see a lot of fluctuations on your flaccid hang during the day?
Do you know about anything that would help to maximize the hangs?

ps: haven't been doing any PE lately, but is there a specific exercise you think would help me with thickening my flaccid hang?

Hey man.

so what really changed my flaccid hang is pumping twice a day. In the morning before I go to work and in the evening.
I also like to stretch and shake out my penis every time I pee. I think you could also wear a flexible cockring for some time after pumping so your penis gets used to the flushed state. I hope that helps!

I have a big fluctuation in flaccid size throughout the day and depending on the circumstances. There are heaps of triggers for autonomic reflexes to signal for reduced blood flow that can get in the way. Temperature is obviously one of the biggest ones. A breeze or some negative physical stimulus like bumping into something can make it recoil. An often overlooked nutritional thing to avoid for both EQ and the flaccid state is caffeine and other vasoconstrictors. I've noticed a single caffeinated drink can make my flaccid a bit smaller depending on the drink. Things that provide nitric oxide support would be favored for a more relaxed and full flaccid swell. The less frequent the erections you have the more it seems to rest smaller as well. The most obvious exercise to affect your flaccid hang I think most people would agree on is pumping multiple times throughout the day. Hanging can also tire the ligament out, and pumping after hanging would give me longer full flaccids than just pumping. Hanging can get time consuming though while pumping can give good flaccid results with just a few minutes every couple hours. A girth band like LG’s girth bands look like they’d do wonders as well for training your flaccid to rest fuller, though that might make your ladies ask some questions.
