It's a very low probability of an "injury" and a higher probability of the psychological issues inherent in the relationships between a guy and his dick and his mind and his partner. But if for some reason you think it may be an injury consult a physician.

Theres good advice here: LISTEN TO IT! About your injury, sound like you are not letting yourself heal properly. If your penis is injured, LEAVE IT ALONE AND LET IT HEAL. The doctor who prescribed the Cialis should have given you the same advice.

As for your ED, sounds like you've psyched yourself limp. Relax and go with the flow, you'll get your mojo back.

This is something I wanted to find out because I have recently been prescribed Cialis 5mg one a day. I've neglected to try them because of my fear that the body will firstly become dependant on the drug and then worse, resistant. Surely, common sense says the body would build up some degree of immunity to it? I'm only 28 too.

So for you to be dependant on Cialis at the age of 20. I don't know man. If there's a way you can ween yourself off of them and still function well, I say try!

I use cialis daily 5mg and also use l arginine and l citruleen. These products help produce nitric oxide which is what causes an erection. I take 750mg of l citruleen 2 a day . and 1000mg l arginine 2 a day. I think it helps me and it is very inexpensive.
