OK, here's my theory: women who work in porn are a self-selected group. If they don't like sex or get hurt easily, then they never get into it in the first place. Women who are unusually small vaginally and cannot take big cocks probably do not end up in the porn industry.
I expect that women who work in porn get used to all of it eventually, everything from all the men and sex and cocks to the cameras and sets and what all else is involved. Humans are adaptable, and while they may end up scarred, i expect that emotional damage is much more common than physical injury.

From what I've read on the forums here, vagina's are adaptable, so they probably get used to 8 inches of meat getting shoved in there on a daily or how ever often they are required to work, basis.
From what I've read, both male and female performers do feel pain from the roughness time to time but they play it off. Another thing is before the take they prep themselves with toys and lube. I think female porn stars have to be groomed for the occasion and I don't mean all trimmed well down there. I think before a porn director will even consider a female for a role, she has to have that certain somethin' somethin' before the director moves forward. I understand the questions, but I think about it this way: It is the job of the porn start to take the pain and act like she loves it. She is doing it completely by choice and the reason is probably the money. So, think about professional athletes. They are in the same boat. They get out there and take the pain, and do the best they can to win.

Sure it is. They have some things in common. You have to realize, you can only see what they want you to see.
