How much did you gain from hanging?

I just bought a bib starter and I am definitely excited. How much did you guys gain from the day you started hanging ONLY in length and maybe girth?

Any major do's and especially don'ts for me? Need advise from you veterans out there.

Go slow and read all the posts here about it. I don't use mine much, preferring the more gentle stretching and jelking. My personal gains over the last 2-1/2 years are about 1" in length and 1/2" girth.

Going to bump a 20 minute thread?
Try and search and see. Or look in progress forums with people that hang. Even if they gain lets say 1" in 8 months, doesn't mean you will, everyone is different.

The Donts:
Dont be impatient
Dont be inconsistent
Dont move up in weight to fast
ont try to do to many sets in the beginning

The Do's:
Do read as much as you can mentioned above
Do take it slow
Do a good warm up
Do take a break if you even think at all that you have over done it
Do be patient because things like wrapping and skin stretch will take trial and error.
Do read every thread in the stickies in the devices section, every single one, every single bit

i stareted hanging in april/may and have gained .75" .... not sure on girth as i had gaind but didnt cement so lost some. will get it back soon enough...

Damn, nice gains Blue, 3/4s in about 1/2 of a year. Congrats.

I was hanging for about a month with the bib starter, I gained a bit but didn't like the discoluration the hanger would leave on my dick. I've seen pictures of a few members who have hung for a very long time and there dick is really discoloured and it seems to be permanent. I'm using an extender now, its slower progress but is much easier on my dick and my EQ. Good luck man, its all about the wrapping. (And privacy)

Thanks BBS! I will stop hanging if I see negative results from it. I got the Theraband?? for wrapping. What wrap did you have?

Other people say the extenders are expensive.. Is this ture?

Yes I had the theraband too, I did not like that stuff at all. I ended up using some soft cloth and some ace bandage. Extenders can be expensive, but there are cheaper models which work too. Its an investment that will last a long time and are proven to work. Just like hanging extending has a learning curve, the first week you feel like you need 3 hands to operate the extender and after a month you can put it on in 30 seconds. Just like hanging you need to take it slow, if you feel pain you are not doing something right. If you or anyone else ever ends up getting an extender and needs advice feel free to message me. I have learned a lot from all my mistakes, so hopefully I can help people avoid the same problems. If you haven't already I would suggest getting on bib's forum because he is super helpful and any hanging question you have will be answered there. Look forward to reading some more success stories :)

i have recently swithched from hanging every day to hanging every other day and the initial results seem to be much better. My flacid hang seems much fuller and the look has changed almost overnight to a much healthier look. I am doing a bit of pumping on off days but just enough to pump up and thats all. feels like a good combo and the fatty is hanging much better.
Of course it will evolve constantly.

Damn, beeen hanging since Aug and still no gains.About to give up and go for girth instead..
Beeen doing everything right which makes it seem like I'll never gain.
What is your routine, are you going everyday or resting?

i too have started pumping again recently, but not on my rest days, ive been really busy the last few weeks so i needed to do something that i could do without having to be greatly mindfull of my excersize.

from aug till nov 1, everyday with 3 sets 20mins per set. Went from 3 lbs now at 8.Tried 10 but got alot of bursing and red dots.

if your geting bruising and red dots, your doing too much too quick, rest untill the bruising and red dots go away fully, then start again at a low weight, as with many new hangers, people think the faster you increase weight, the faster you gain. this could not be more wrong. you need to condition your penis for the first few month by hanging low weights and later on use heavier weight increases to get those all important gains. but you have to do it correctly.
