Third, your routine appears to be pretty intense. If you are gainging, I suggest sticking with it, but if your erections stat to become weaker and your gains stop, then you might want to slow down. Here is a really good article for beginners to read:

Also, your routine is definitely length-specific. Stretches are designed to build length and hardness. This is why you haven't gained much girth. The squeezes are a really good girth exercise, especially when 100%+ erect. But again, this is an advanced exercise. You've only been at it a month and your penis might not be conditioned for this exercise. I typically recommend waiting 3 months to do squezzes/Ulis (there other names).
