how can I use jp90 day routine to keep my length the same but maximize girth gains?

Ok so how can I just get girth gains from this. My length is fine I am at about 8.25 inches and I poke my wife alot and it hurts her so I dont want to get longer really. The most I would want is 8.5. But my starting girth was 5 inches, now im at about 5.3 to 5.5 depending on the level of erection or if im really in the mood or not. I want to get to a clean 5.8 to 6 in girth. I kind of modified the routine and do more. For each set I do at the very least 100 to 150 depending on how my penis is reacting to it that day. I did folloe the routine exactly for the first like 2 weeks and did more and it is not affecting me negatively at all. And I will do the excersizes at about 40%-70% erection. It is kind of hard to tell also what level of erection I should do them at. I feel like of you do it at 70 it would be harder to push the blood up. Its also hard to keep that level too while doing it for an hour. So any advice on either of these two things would be much appreciated :)

To keep from gaining length you need to take it easy on the stretches. Also do your jelqing at 70-80% erection. The higher the erection level the more it targets girth. Just don't go over 80% or you risk injury. After you finish the JP90 and are conditioned then slowly start adding girth exercises. You may still get a little more length but that is just the way it is.

If you do end up gaining length unintentionally it's not the end of the world, you and your wife can always find new ways to accommodate your new length with different positions and techniques and a general awareness of your size as it increases.

You probably won't gain a huge amount of length with one round JP90 and once you're conditioned you can move on to a strictly girth based routine, with slightly more advanced exercises than the jelq, if for no other reason than after 90 days of jelqing you may very well be sick of them!

I dont personally clamp but from what ive read over and over thats its very effective for girth.its quite affordable too.just make sure your conditioned first, I doubt you would gain length from clamping.hope I helped good luck and safety first.
