I have a modest penis. Atleast 12.6+ cm erect (Not BPEL). Medical research says that is average length. But I always wanted a bigger member and at one time contemplated about undergoing surgery. Last month I came across a medical paper which talked about penis anatomy/tissues and how it can be possibly influenced. Then i reached here.
I decided to exercise/train the penis along with protein rich diet. I will measure it again in first week of Jan-2013(approx 2 month in PE) to see if there is any growth.
15th Day log :
1. I used to have sex once per week but masturbate allmost every day. Masturbation frequency has gone down. Feels like my penis is exausted because of PE.
2. During sex, a bit of fellatio and it grows real hard and stays same throughout the session.
3. Flaccid length/girth has visibly increased.

I feel, EQ for masturbation has stayed smae/gone down. EQ for sex has gone up.

I am 35 year old. and cant afford too much of other exercises at work. Major component of my routine is traction device.
Any tips at work from senior members will help....

I jelq a bit and then put on the traction device. Once it becomes unbearable i take it off. Give 10 mins and then put on the device again.
Couple of days back I felt lil pain (i had changed the bar size) right at the base of my penis but it subsided after 18-20 hrs of rest. Now I feel a bit of soreness but generally its gone after a goodnight sleep.
I give the penis rest on weekends.

Allmost everyday masturbation has turned into once a week thing. Loosing my apetite to masturbation even if i get a erection.
Worrying thing is that flexibility in my dick post erection seems lost now. Now i get rock hard erection and it feels as if its more of like brittle and may break/pop if she twists it.

Seems to be a little to advanced for your time in the gym. Maybe it would be better to do Jp90 instead. Just don't want you to hurt yourself before you can get the cock you want.

Interestingly some flexibility to my erect penis is coming back. The soreness i used to feel when i bent it while erect is fast subsiding.
I hope it gets better in the coming weeks....

I do take multivitamins too...Nothing fancy, just three simple reasons.
1. I want to loose weight and hence doing a bit of dieting and cardio in gym. Apparently a protein rich diets keeps brain going longer without asking for more food. So my total daily calorie intake is less than what i need.
2. Penis has skeletal muscles too. I dont want them to get any weaker cos i am trying to shed few pounds...
3. Protein is really important when it comes to inter cellular production. I know it all goes into our body post digestion but still, I am tempted to have digested protein in my body that fat or carbohydrate.

Those exercises are not basic, they are very advanced. Traction is one way for growth and another is expansion beyond normal. I would recommend using the extender after a good routine but at lower tension. Do the damage then let heal in stretched state.

Do you mean using pumps.??? Or is it something else? Please do advise....

Happy new years to all PEers... Its almost the time to measure lil one....
Yesterday while I was doing missy in missionary position, she moaned and moaned at each thrust as if i was hurting her. I ended up doing her in different position....
I think I must have gained some length. Still looking for that stupid scale which i have misplaced it while doing all the cleaning before Christmas.
