I'm not trying to knock slimguys design but I don't understand the necessity of the "hook" ends - it seems a chore to put the bottom half on - then hook it to the top then tighten the wing nuts every use - This is the reason i went with the two eye turnbuckles. I'm also looking forward to mwigw's design.
btw - did you actually go far enough as to construct the slimguy design? was wondering if you had any tricks/pointers for the next version

i dont no weather id like that or not it looks like it would hurt your penis and does look like you could wear the amount needed to gain 2-3insh and thats 7 hours +
well all i can say is fair play to putting the time to building that
also if you could make a design other than a noose it would be alot better it think so you should give it ago .

No haven't tried it since I don't understand the connecting of the gate hooks to the turnbuckle. That was what I couldn't ascertain from the directions or the picture. At least on my computer cannot enlarge the picture to see how it is connected. I am warming up my Dremel tool and waiting for this cold snap to dissapate to try to construct the design, plan to buy the parts per the list and give it shot. If it cannot be figured out will use your simpler, but easier idea.

Karl with a K from Ireland. I edited you post in the quote and added some punctuation. Essentially it is the same, just easier to read.

As to the noose type connection, if you properly wrap the head of your friend, between the glans and the body, the noose shouldn't be a problem. Since all stretching devices require that you wrap, this is to be understood. The alternative, still with wrapping, would be to make the holes oval, and use a strip of Velcro as the attaching device.

Here is Generation 5 device.

Here is Generation 5 device.

Sorry for the extreme delay in posting the instructions.

Detailed shock plans are available the white plastic pieces were hand carved from solid UHMW plastic.

The shock instructions are in the PDF file.

I am currently wearing the Generation 6 device that I spoke of earlier. I will try to keep the progress on this device going.

I forgot to include a couple of notes on the Gen5 extender design.

First, the plastic pieces need to be absolutely smooth. This was accomplished by roughing out the shape with a wood rasp and providing a smooth finish with an x-acto knife. You will know if you have missed making a smooth surface by an acute burning sensation at the area of contact after about 20 minutes.

I wrapped the copper shock cylinders with standard electrical tape in case I missed any sharp edges.

Spring tension is increased by adjusting the threaded nuts near the Glans clamp. I also added some additional springs on the exposed bolt near the base clamp.

After getting the design right, I am able to wear the device from between 30mins to 1 hour depending on the amount of spring tension, I maxed out at about 6kgs. I wear the device for a minimum of 4 hours a day up to 10 hours. A constant tension and stretch can be felt when the device is worn.

I have worn this device in public under loose fitting jeans without any problems. Sitting in jeans can present a slight problem since you will need to adjust the device position for comfort.

After trying a strap Glans clamp design, I also found that the noose was more comfortable. The latex tubing noose will wear after about 2 weeks and become harder to tighten, this is a sign that a new piece of latex is needed. I wrap with about 12 inches of cotton gauze before attaching the clamp ( I earned this the hard way).

Today is day 2 of my new device, The basic design is still the same but I have tweaked the shock design and the glans clamp. The new shocks have a combined spring tension op to 12.5kgs and the glans clamp is put on before it is attached to the shocks, I find it to be more comfortable and have worn it for almost 2 hours at a time yesterday. I have not been able to pull full spring tension yet but about half is still comfortable.

DYE PE devices are very very dangerous yes they are cheaper, but you are not professionals you don't know what you are doing you could injure yourself very hard

This might not be the right venue for this...

While safety can be a concern, frequent inspection of the extender is important to prevent injury. This goes for any and all extenders. Even the ones that you buy can break.

The simple rule that i use is if I am going to attach this to my penis the it better be well made. I know that I overbuild things. I know that I have thoroughly tested the assembly before attaching it to my body. And I know where the base components come from.

Just because a product is commercially available does not mean this there is any quality or safety testing. Be sure to inform yourself before you make any decision, and be certain of the product that you buy. I for one do not fully trust that anything that I buy is safe.

Generation 6 Device

Generation 6 Device

As I stated earlier This is the next generation of device that I have built and am wearing. As before the plastic parts were hand formed.

I had to increase the base support size to accommodate the heavy duty spring shocks. The new base has more surface area and is more comfortable in all three positions. I wear it mostly in the downward and penis erect positions. I am still only able to have about 1/2 of the spring tension but this will increase with time. I have worn the device for up to 2 hours at a time but I mostly just go 30 or 40 minutes then take a break for at least 15 minutes.

The shocks are still made from the 1/2 inch refrigeration tubing that I spoke of in an earlier post but the lower end now features a welded on reducer bushing. The reducer busing has just slightly larger than 1/4 inch diameter and the internal movable bolt is a plain 1/2 X 20 X 3.5 inch hex head bolt. The hex heat was rounded off with a file to fit the internal diameter of the tubing. This shock design has way less side to side travel than the last design. The shocks are periodically switched from side to side to make up for any differences in the spring tension and build.

The Spring in this one is a 3/8 X 3 inch spring from Home Depot. This spring has up to 7 kgs of tension when fully compressed.

The top shock support is still made exactly the same as my previous post.

The Glans support has a side cut out and bottom recess to allow for easier attachment and secure support. This support is positioned on the Glans with either a strap (2 sided Velcro works) or 1/4 inch later tubing. I find that the tubing is more comfortable, You must wrap with gauze first. Each shock can then be compressed individually and slid into the top drilled side of Glans support. The spring tension adjuster nut then locks into place at the back edge of the Glans support.

This device offers a constant stretch that when fully compressed is way more I can currently handle, I don't think that I will need to refine the design any further, other than cleaning up the look.

If you have read the previous posts then you will see that I have made my latest device to be worn discretely as well. While the stretch is tremendous, it does not need to be worn in full erect position.

Sorry for any confusion this may have caused.

Has anyone tried making a comfort strap instead of using Velcro? I have only used Velcro but I am looking for an alternate solution for a comfort strap.

I made an extender that uses a length of elastic cord running to a strap around the knee. The section that wraps around the shaft / glans was made from a 10cm section cut from a mens (trouser) belt. It's about 3cm wide.

So perhaps looking at a belt might spark an idea for you?

Just thought I should add an update. I had to take some time off due to a non PE related injury. I was able to keep going with 1 hour per day and have not lost any of my previous gains. All of my stats are still the same but with the continued kegs and stretching I have noticed that I have fierce erections in the mornings that last for quite a while.

I am back at it and will try to add more regular updates on the progress with the new device. I am still trying to work out an economical strap for the glans clamp...

Current progress

Current progress

I have added an all day extender device to the routine. I have noticed that while walking the device will pull and stretch. I have added this to the power stretch device since I have to be out and about during the day. No one has noticed this device in the 2 weeks since I have been using it and believe it or not It has helped ad 1/8 of an inch to my length in that time. I am currently selling this device through an on-line auction house for those that are interested. I am still trying to work out an economical power stretch device for interested parties and intend to use the money generated from the all day extender for that purpose.

Please check out the pics attached for the all day extender details...

---First Crude attempt at homemade extender----
This was the one i built about 3 weeks ago going roughly off of the slimguy model
As stated earlier I ditched the springs in the design

It cost about 10-15 dollars to build (probably 20-25 after all the new version parts I decided to test with)

I would like to build a better one - I must say this one is very combfortable (i'm sure not as good as store bought though) but with some tweaking I think it could be there
I can easily wear this for hours on end without any problems

Anyone requesting details feel free to post and I will try to answer
Also any improvement ideas are VERY welcome

Can you give us a list of parts? While the pictures are great, it is hard to know what sizes of the different parts you are using. What is the upper pvc piece. I see it has a ridge (to help glans stay in place???) so I assume it is not pvc pipe but some type of fitting instead?

Is the picture of the $15 parts or the $25? If the first, do you have pics of the new version (and parts list?)

Sorry for all the questions. Thanks so much.
