Hi. I'm an 18 year old guy who's been reading a few threads on the site for a couple of days now. I'm looking forward to getting started - my currenct erect length is just shy of 6 inches and I would really love to get that up to 7 if at all possible.

I plan on starting next Monday with the 90 day beginner routine you guys have. Until then I have started doing Kegels, but I'm not exactly sure if I'm doing them right. Is it simply a case of creating that feeling where you're holding your urine and keeping it like that for 3 seconds or so? That's what I've been doing over the past couple of days.
