Hey there!

I found the site a couple of weeks ago while looking into increasing longevity during sex with the wife, i'm by no means a premature ejaculation sufferer however i believe in always trying to improve myself :D

To be completely honest i wasn't aware that PE existed, was at the very least an added bonus to discover!

After reading all of the beginner threads and success stories, i decided myself to start with the JP90 workout at the start of this week.

Honestly i am happy with my penis in regards erect length/girth (Currently 7.2" BPEL and 5" EG) and more interested in increasing my flacid stats since it annoys me to be a grower and not a shower haha.

Loving the attitude of most people here and i look forward to the journey and getting involved!

Actually, gaining in flaccidity should entail much stretching if that is the case. Start with a beginner's routine nevertheless.

Welcome to the gym. Flaccid gains are one of the first changes you are most likely to see, which is good seeing as it is one of your goals. Stay consistent and give it time...
