I hope im posting where Im supposed to otherwise help me move this so everyone can see it. I hope this works for you all as it did for me, I want to help you guys thats the reason ive made this account as ive been lurking on here for some time. So please help me by spreading the word and helping everyone you can because I know this hard flaccid sucks. Heres my story.
Ok so ive suffered from this since october 2015, never really addressed the problem, and I got it cured now in december 2018. Completely cured, It literally took me just one session to get back to my old self and everything just clicked like "well of course, thats how it used to feel", because no matter how much I tried before to relax my pelvic floor and massage it, it only worked a little bit and some days out of nowhere I would have my pelvic floor all tight again, a year ago in january 18 I even had trouble while shitting. I started with hot wraps when it first happened and it did nothing, then I ignored the issue and barely had any sex for a couple of years and when I did it was shitty, I knew there was something wrong, my sensitivity sucked, my dick felt weak like internally had no volume couldnt feel my "inner" dick, I cant describe it I hope you get what I mean, english is not my first language. Last year when I had trouble peeing and shitting I realized it had to do with muscles, did the hans protocol and all of that only work to an extent only while dedicating quite some time to the routine, and it felt bad to know I would have to work on this sh*t all my life without having those random boners and doing whatever the fuck I wanted with my dick like I used to.
Its pelvic floor imbalance of course, but tight muscles are weak muscles and I see nobody trying to strenghten them, and not recovering, retraining whatever you wanna call it, the main injured muscle, the IC muscle(the one that makes your dick jump up), thats why the rest of the pelvic floor is tight, because its imbalanced trying to make up for this other injured muscle 99% of us never even tried recovering, and thats why its weak and tense and you havent felt it for years, its called muscle atrophy. Thats the main issue, you all healed in weeks, all we needed was to let this muscle know its allright to work again, and recover it like most muscle injuries require physical activity to reactivate, it will give you all of the sensitivity back.
Do this while reaaaaly relaxed and focused, remember when you used to make your dick jump up make your gf giggle? that muscle got injured so you cant feel it cause its tense=weak, and when you work it it will bring back all that sensory capacity and nerves you numbed.
Forget about the rest of the pelvic floor, this is the important one.
Relax pelvic floor:
1. Pull you dick while relaxing the pelvic floor, belly breathe in the shower
2. At night laying down legs bent, Kegel and hold for a while, really feel the muscles and the nerves, talk to them tell them its ok to work, then relax and belly breath. This will literally signal those muscles its ok to relax and stretch as they used to, as they now healed. Do this for a while maybe start small with 15 reps and forget about the issue trust your body. This is the only was you will relax the pelvic floor. Its called contrast relax or something
IMPORTANT ONE to get you dick back:
1. Get you IC muscle working, the one that makes the dick jump up and down, you most likely cant feel it because its tense and weak, you should feel the pull right at the base of the dick. Do a really weak kegel and concentrate slowly on pulling the penis, or making it jump up. Really go deep into it remember how you were able to do this and try it, if it gets sore it will start to shake and you will get all of the sensation back, with 5 reps you will have most of your dick back. Rest. Work it again in a couple of days, it will take you literally days not even a week to be your old self.
No need to stick a therawand up your ass or doing stretch routine forever, just train the muscle, and it will all fall back into place and the pelvic floor will relax on its own, and you will get your life back lol.
If you cant do it keep trying you will eventually get it, its gonna be hard if you cant use the kegel muscle, locating the ic muscle will be ten times more difficult but its only a matter of concentrating and doing it, all that sh*t is still there lol, nothing wrong with your body.
I cant believe were over here figuring things out for our stupid ass urologists, in a way were smarter lol.
