I hope im posting where Im supposed to otherwise help me move this so everyone can see it. I hope this works for you all as it did for me, I want to help you guys thats the reason ive made this account as ive been lurking on here for some time. So please help me by spreading the word and helping everyone you can because I know this hard flaccid sucks. Heres my story.
Ok so ive suffered from this since october 2015, never really addressed the problem, and I got it cured now in december 2018. Completely cured, It literally took me just one session to get back to my old self and everything just clicked like "well of course, thats how it used to feel", because no matter how much I tried before to relax my pelvic floor and massage it, it only worked a little bit and some days out of nowhere I would have my pelvic floor all tight again, a year ago in january 18 I even had trouble while shitting. I started with hot wraps when it first happened and it did nothing, then I ignored the issue and barely had any sex for a couple of years and when I did it was shitty, I knew there was something wrong, my sensitivity sucked, my dick felt weak like internally had no volume couldnt feel my "inner" dick, I cant describe it I hope you get what I mean, english is not my first language. Last year when I had trouble peeing and shitting I realized it had to do with muscles, did the hans protocol and all of that only work to an extent only while dedicating quite some time to the routine, and it felt bad to know I would have to work on this sh*t all my life without having those random boners and doing whatever the fuck I wanted with my dick like I used to.
Its pelvic floor imbalance of course, but tight muscles are weak muscles and I see nobody trying to strenghten them, and not recovering, retraining whatever you wanna call it, the main injured muscle, the IC muscle(the one that makes your dick jump up), thats why the rest of the pelvic floor is tight, because its imbalanced trying to make up for this other injured muscle 99% of us never even tried recovering, and thats why its weak and tense and you havent felt it for years, its called muscle atrophy. Thats the main issue, you all healed in weeks, all we needed was to let this muscle know its allright to work again, and recover it like most muscle injuries require physical activity to reactivate, it will give you all of the sensitivity back.

Do this while reaaaaly relaxed and focused, remember when you used to make your dick jump up make your gf giggle? that muscle got injured so you cant feel it cause its tense=weak, and when you work it it will bring back all that sensory capacity and nerves you numbed.
Forget about the rest of the pelvic floor, this is the important one.

Relax pelvic floor:

1. Pull you dick while relaxing the pelvic floor, belly breathe in the shower
2. At night laying down legs bent, Kegel and hold for a while, really feel the muscles and the nerves, talk to them tell them its ok to work, then relax and belly breath. This will literally signal those muscles its ok to relax and stretch as they used to, as they now healed. Do this for a while maybe start small with 15 reps and forget about the issue trust your body. This is the only was you will relax the pelvic floor. Its called contrast relax or something

IMPORTANT ONE to get you dick back:

1. Get you IC muscle working, the one that makes the dick jump up and down, you most likely cant feel it because its tense and weak, you should feel the pull right at the base of the dick. Do a really weak kegel and concentrate slowly on pulling the penis, or making it jump up. Really go deep into it remember how you were able to do this and try it, if it gets sore it will start to shake and you will get all of the sensation back, with 5 reps you will have most of your dick back. Rest. Work it again in a couple of days, it will take you literally days not even a week to be your old self.

No need to stick a therawand up your ass or doing stretch routine forever, just train the muscle, and it will all fall back into place and the pelvic floor will relax on its own, and you will get your life back lol.

If you cant do it keep trying you will eventually get it, its gonna be hard if you cant use the kegel muscle, locating the ic muscle will be ten times more difficult but its only a matter of concentrating and doing it, all that sh*t is still there lol, nothing wrong with your body.

I cant believe were over here figuring things out for our stupid ass urologists, in a way were smarter lol.

Do you realise how few people can do a ic isolated kegel? Or are you talking a total front kegel including ic

Wouldn’t it make sense to reverse Kegel and not Kegel? I feel like Kegeling with only tight the muscles more and make it worse. If your dealing with a tight pelvic floor don’t u wanna push out( reverse Kegel) and relax those muscles?

he is talking about only contracting the IC muscle not a whole kegel. I find it helps to reverse kegel and then to concentrate on the IC muscle to contract while still holding the RK. I have added pictures of the IC muscle (light red) so people are able to locate it. As seen in the pictures, the IC muscle connects right at the top of the penis right where also the bulbospongiosus is. The bulbospongiosus, however, goes along at the bottom of the penis whereas the IC goes left and right. I can often feel the IC muscle as "strings" when they are tight and they might be the main culprit for HF.

For people who are too tight, it will be impossible to separate these muscles and or even feel them. You first have to relax your pelvis before you can locate and contract the IC muscle.

It is NOT about making a full kegel. Just a slight kegel where only the IC muscle works. This is not easy if you are too tight and requires some practice and awareness of your pelvis. Read the link I have posted above for a more detailed description.

So we are in agreement few people can do a ic isolated kegel .
Are you suggesting that some specific training will do it in reasonable time frame?

The concept he is advancing is that an imbalance within the pelvic floor muscles is causing the spasm . So the ic muscle is weak relative to the other muscles . His idea is that strengthening this specific small muscle within the pelvic floor will cause overall relaxation . So he is trying not to work most of the pelvic floor with kegel .

Given the difficulty many guy have doing any sort of rk I can forsee this being difficult for most guys.

Right that’s why he was having problems with his bowel movements /constipation because his back pelvic floor muscles near his Anus are super tight, and the one that makes the dick jump is super weak? So you basically weaken and relax the back pf muscles by doing reverse kegels, then after you isolate the (ic) muscle by doing a light regular kegel that focuses on the area right above the Penis on the pubic bone..? Am I sorta leaning in the right direction lol . That sounds hard to do but I’ll take a shot at it

I tried it. Was doing well with just reverse kegels and then I tried isolating the ic muscle by doing a weak front regular kegel and it sent me back a bit.... next day I had extreme turtling and constipation, and was dribbling like crazy after urination. Idk if I’m doing them wrong or not but I’m just gonna continue doing reverse kegels, maybe once I calm down the pelvic floor with rks I can incorporate the light kegel again . Tight muscles mean weak muscles tho, so wouldn’t just doing all around reverse kegels (front and back) be more beneficial than isolating the ic muscle by doing kegels? I feel tightening any muscle down there via regular kegels will set you back a ton at least it did for me

Can you explain better the exercise?
Like what do you mean with pull your dick? Do a front kegel? What does it mean remember I you make it jump? This exercise written in this way is not helping me understand what to do, but I understand that it’s not easy to explain...

So basically you should just hold a half kegel for like 1 minute and repeat few times? When you should see the shaking?

If you have hard flaccid I would try to reduce kegels as much as possible, the problem is your body is kegeling constantly because of psychology, trauma whatever and it's causing extreme stiffness, this has to be combated on a daily basis until a relaxed state because the normal

kegeling is just going to set you back because you are reinforcing the kegels your body is involuntarily/subconsciously doing anyway. You'll have worse symptoms. Any time i have an IK or i kegel on purpose my HF symptoms get worse for like a day or so.
