New to this forum.

Been married to a wonderful woman for 20 years. Up until the last 7 months, she has never had a drive (my drive has always been high). Now that she does, it is painfully apparent that I have a PE problem. I have started the Kegel exercises but is there anything else that I can do? On a good day, I can last 2 or maybe 3 minutes during thrusting.

Would really like some help. Thanks

After that open your own Log and try and document your progress, in this way we will be able to monitor it and give suggestions as to how you should progress if there is the need to do so.

Reverse kegels, no masturbation to porn ever again, edging, ballooning, lots of sex (2-3 times per sex day) as often as you can. The more practice of intense sex with the real thing is the best cure for prem ejac. Build it up slowly with her and try to last a bit longer each time. Tell her to help you and be patient with you. You will both be working together for a new gratifying sex life. Gradually getting used to the crazy arousing sex positions will make all other positions seem easier. Good luck.

Always use good lube when edging/balooning. Never dry.

The bold part is mbleh... I have been fine with it.
Otherwise I agree completely. Although doing all of that will tire you out.

I have to agree and admit that I don't follow that completely cuz I'm finding myself lately masturbating again once in a while to porn, but it's a great thing to say/suggest to guys who have a major case of prem ejac. I'm only starting to again now cuz it doesn't affect my sex life like it used to. As soon as it affects my sex negatively, I will definitely stop again. just so you all know... masturbation to porn plus other things is what gave me prem ejac to begin with.

I think that is my problem. Never masturbated to porn, but when you are in the shower and want instant gratification, I think, that your body gets used to getting things over with quickly. I have started the Kegel exercises. I *think* that my wife will be understanding and willing to help with whatever.

I suggest to stay clear or regular kegels for 3 months. Do only reverse kegels and ne'er rush masturbation. You need to learn how to edge the longest possible time. Forget the shower masturbation. That is a problem.
