I'm mainly on here for kegels and reverse kegels to help my penis health overall. I'm 6 inches and not really concerned in any size increase exercises because I'm trying to learn to be at peace with and love what I was born with.
I've been doing kegels every now and then. (Haven't ever stuck to a routine). And what I've noticed is I involuntarily kegel sometimes now. And I even have a hard time focusing on not doing them. I've already searched through the threads a little and have tried a few stretches recommended. But haven't gotten any results or maybe I'm doing them wrong. Any tips would be appreciated. I'm sorry if I shouldn't post that much info on my intro post.
