(Plz excuse me for my bad English !!! English is not my mother tongue )

I am going to start my Jp90 routine from tomorrow !!!
I have bought L-arginine (500mg)
L - Lysine
Multi vitamin
Zinc - 50mg (gluconate)

But the thing is in my multivitamin tablets it is mentioned that it contains 55mg of Zinc sulphate monohydrate per 1 serving .... Is it okay if I consume 1 multivitamin (55mg zinc) + 1zinc gluconate (50mg) daily ????

Or shall I try zinc gluconate in off days (i am going for 5dayz on and 2days off )

And also plz suggest When to take these supplements and ideal time for doing PE ??

I am waiting for your valuable suggestions !!!!

I suggest that you will want to take the MV and the zinc at different times of the day, say MV in the AM and zinc before bed.
Don't see any reason that the total mg will cause you any issues, although knowing of any chronic health problems you might have could change that.
Take the supp's daily, to start, with planned breaks for the aminos after a bit.....maybe as little as 6 weeks, to as long as around 3 months, although everyone differs.

The ideal time for doing PE ?

Lol 100mg of zinc a day.. is just WAY TOO MUCH in my opinion...

@fossilhead I have read it somewhere that it is not desirable to take more than 60 mg a day (regarding zinc) and regarding supplements should I consume all at a time ? Or spread through the day ??

@fissil that's y I am confused and asking for seniors opinion !!!

I only take 30mg of zinc per day, but there are various studies on the interwebz with FAR higher doses being administered.
You can use only the multivit, to start; cut the zinc tab in half instead of taking it all; etc.

Do some research and find what you feel comfortable with, for you.


I also see no reason not to take those few supplements at the same time......
