Hi everyone,

I've been here few years ago and have taken a break totally from PE, however insecurity about my size never left me.
I have been trying in these years sometimes to put an extender, use the Phallosan - trying all the techniques I know such as Jelqing, stretching, squeezing, jelq free rauting, JP's 90, etc, and nothing seemed to really make an impact on size - not even that much of newbie gains - maybe just a bit.

I think in the years I was busy with PE - maybe i have gained 1 cm, not sure.

Recently I am using a hanger and I started with 1.25KG and it felt like air to me.. i did it more for few days after which I have started with 2.5KG which I am doing for a week or so and I'm feeling great about it so far.

My penis has always been super strong and stubborn, i don't feel pain that easily, my conditioning is pretty good I believe.
Currently my routine is:
- 3x sets - each 20min - on 2.5KG.

in between I'm using the Phallosan to maintain the length and keep it there for few hours while healing.
I really wanna tackle this for good now - I'm more optimistic due to the fact I am able to apply a huge pressure without hurting myself or hurt my libido or my EQ - as a matter of fact - libido and EQ are better now.
