I need to post another question about this.
This goes for anybody that has experience with varicoceles and of course anybody else that reads it. I previously posted on the varicocele topic thread but no one has been on that thread for probably a long time.
I noticed that holding reverse kegels, at least in my case, and walking for longer while holding them, the varicocele shrinks and my testicles eventually get back to normal. Or it might just be from walking naked in the house during this period when it's cold outside, I am not sure. But what I noticed for sure, everytime I comeback home from work or any other place I have to walk a lot to get to and come back, the varicocele is very noticeable when I take my pants off at home, more noticeable than any other time. This makes me think that pumping dick only and the pumping growth from the shaft migrating towards the ballsack making it look more noticeable is not what's happening. It happens all by itself without any pumping just as well.
If I take a cold shower it goes away, and even better than just walking around the house naked while doing rks, but it doesn't last for as long as I expected.
Sitting in a chair seems to make it come back, so does walking with tight briefs on and not reverse kegelling while walking, holding rks for longer.
If I do hindi squats I do not notice anything immediately after. Even if I wait, do multiple sets throughout the day it has no visible effect on the varicocele, I do them mostly because I hope they will help like they seem to have helped others and they are fun to do as well.
My question is in the title.
Also, how is it best to walk around? No underwear, tight underwear, slacky underwear? Should I wear a jockstrap? jockstraps look really uncomfortable though, too tight and too small.

Pre Ejac. is also linked to varicocele. Google's search function found a few studies done on patients who had the varicocelectomy procedure done and saw significant improvement in that particular department.
There are more reasons I keep trying to find at least one single answer, so far, not even reddit has provided one single response to the question "has anybody cured varicocele without surgery".
So far, it seems like I might be stupidly wasting time with hindi squats and cold showers.
I will keep doing this cold exposure/multiple cold showers thing from now on anyway, also improve my cardio and do squats even more often.
I edged with one of my fleshlights earlier for maybe 15 min, but very slowly. I haven't ejaculated in such a long time for the first time in my life probably, I feel no significant difference in libido than when I would ejaculate once or twice per week. I also don't feel the need to do it, I just remotely jelq and edge, maybe turn to a fleshlight like I did today for some slow edging, but I never ejaculate even if I do this twice or 3 times in a day. I try to reach high erection levels and maintain them for as long as I can without orgasm, repeatedly.
I go to sleep and wake up with the same, mostly flaccid, chubby penis that deflates after I pee and that's it. I haven't had a wet dream, neither does it seem to me like I'm having nocturnal erections more than I would have had otherwise.. But at least I'm sleeping a lot better now, I go to sleep early most of the time, wake up early.
But I still am making progress.
I will not post about my gains anymore, even though I feel the urge to do it. I took some measured girth gain pics today, no pre pumping or wearing a ring for a few days, haven't done that in a while. These must be the best pictures I have so far. But I will keep this for another thread later on, I need to keep concetrated on getting more.

Have you been diagnosed with varicocele? It is a disease in the vein itself. Not something that hide and show up when it wants.

I think you should see a doctor to be sure about varicocele. It is a disease in the vein itself. Not something that hides and shows up when it wants.

Varicocele is a very limited topic on this forum because its knowledge is no longer popular. I have followed it until 2025 but still nothing has changed.
