Hi to all,
Unfortunately I have Hard Flaccid for 4 months now. It all started with too much masturbation i guess (although my first symptom appeared the day after a running excercise).
This symptomes have disseapared with time (and abstaing from sex/masturbation)
- cold penis/numb penis
- no morning wood
- testicular pain
- heavy cramps in perineum
- difficulty with bowel movement
- burning feeling urethra (I guess because of urine that keeps sticking in)
- continue feeling of having to pee (waking up several times at night)
- pain after ejeculation (kind of feeling a short muscle movement that hurts)
- feeling of having a golf ball in the butt
I stil have the following problems:
- Hard Flaccid
- very hard morning erections, bigger girth than normal, (I can literally feel the bc muscle is bigger/tighter than normal with a morning erection, I can feel a tight bulge under my testicals and where your penis attaches to your bc muscle its bigger)
- testicles feel different, sometimes a bit light and they usually feel too tight. They really sweat more (are more red)
- I have to make a kegel motion to make the last drops of piss come out (sometimes I'm leaking after urination). When I do make this kegel motion (I try to avoid it, it feels really weak).
- I can feel tension in my perineum all day (conentrated around my rectum). My perineum has lost muscle substance, it is very flat, i guess that is because the bc muscle is extremely tight
I have been to numerous doctors (who dismissed it as strange and not possible) and 2 PT's.
The first PT concluded I had hypertonic pelvic floor. She wanted to learn my to lengthen my pelvic floor muscle but she totally learn it the wrong way because I was tensing abs, legs very hard and it definitely didn't felt i was relaxing the pelvic floor. After 1 month she said that the excerise had to be done different, but she learned it to me that wrong way. So i moved to another PT.
The second PT evaluated my pelvic floor and body in 1,5 months. I do not have trigger points. But my perineum is extremely tight, when I'm typing this I can literally feel the tension down there. I also have tight hamstrings/thighs and abs. I asked for a exercise to make my pelvic floor more relaxed, so when I see her next week she will begin to teach me the excercise.
I read numerous threads on this website (and others) and I guess what I can conclude is that what my PT will have to learn me are reverse kegels so my tight perineum muscle will lengthen?
I sincerely hope someone will respond (thanks in advance).
