I am feeling the stretch underneath my penis and a 'tingling' underneath my penis. Not so much all around my penis. Does anyone else get this from hanging OTS? It doesn't seem like there is a lot of information hanging ots since I don't think many people do it/have tried it...

If you have just started at this angle, you may be experiencing these sensations from skin stretch. If so, they will go away within a few weeks.

I didn't just start I have been doing it for like a month now. I am not sure it is skin stretching. Did you do OTS and have the same experience/sensation?

Unfortunately Blink never did OTS either so he wouldn't know. OTS is supposed to target the tunica but it seems like nobody targets that through hanging and tries to focus on the ligaments. But I feel like my tunica is very tough so I have been working on that. I guess I will become the expert on OTS hanging................

it could very well be the tunica stretching? the few times i've tried to target my tunica (with manual exercises) i had felt a 'tingly' sensation down there as well. either way if you feel something down there that's not pain or discomfort, chances are it's good.

I am targeting my ligaments and inner penis currently. I noticed when I was erect the other night I pressed down on the sides of my shaft that leads to the fat-pad and noticed a good 1-2" of erect cock hiding down there... So I'd like to see if I can coax it out before exhausting my ligament gains which seems to have plateaued at this time.

I believe OTS stretches the inner penis. I feel the 'fatigue' in the penis area deep into the ball sack more than the actual penis. I have been adding erect stretches to help stretch that tunica area. Unfortunately this isn't an exact science so nobody knows for sure what they are doing./

However I know that I gained .25 inches to my NBEL. Fucking getting there. It seems to be taking forever. I get bruises on my penis from the OTS and stretching but they heal quickly. I need to get to that 7 inches nbpel and then work on the fucking girth. I need girth I am only at like 4.5-4.6 girth!

When I first began I was less than 5.5 nbpel. Getting near 7 nbpel makes length not that much of a priority now since 7 inches nbpel is big to me (coming from someone who had less than 5.5 before).

When I was hanging straight down the tingly sensation was on the top of the penis. Hanging OTS the tingly area is on the bottom. So it makes sense.

I wrote a long response but the site was being dumb. Anyway, I know what you mean but I feel amazed that I am 6.5 inches. Starting at around 5.3 as well, I felt bad. Who would have thought I would be knocking on 7 inches? I may PE after but it will be because I want to and not because I feel it is a NECESSITY. 7 inches by 5 girth was my original goal and I am not 6.5 and 4.5-4.6 so I am getting there...the tunica work outs will help in my girth. Because I am VERY stubborn with girth yet I have been blessed with decent length gains (even though my LOT is at 6' o clock which is supposed to mean very hard length gains).

i would like to know exactly what area of the tunica is covered by hanging OTS. i was also considering to incorporate OTS into my hang routine but have not begin so just yet. i have a major concern about gaining girth between the 1/3 portion of my dick from base toward the mid shaft. i noticed i have a thick base measuring almost 6.25'' girth and i am 5.75'' about an inch down from my glans. problem is, about 2'' or so from the base going toward the mid...i am only about 5.6''. this is very akward to me and i would like to get it resolved before it gets worse over time. i was actually at 5.5'' but since i started hanging about 6 wks now it's up to 5.6'' so i guess there was some slight improvement from hanging. does anyone know or have an estimate of exactly what portion of the penis around the base that hanging may improve the girth of (how many inches from the base toward mid penis)??

Your girth is already amazing I am jealous. Anyway, to try and improve that I would wait till after hanging. What you can do is squeeze in between that area when erect and do a Uli hitting just that area and also doing bends with just one finger targeting that area.

thanks retinoid, this was useful info. haven't thought of doing squeezes to resolve the issue, i will give it a try and see how things go.

I wish someone would do a video of the OTS, tunica work seems to be a key issue for our short length.
While manual stretching, like Big Als videos show, do provide very good instructions, and they do work, our primary purpose, from what I've read, is to increase the length. The stretching has added 1\4 to length, and the horse squeeze has shown the increased girth potential, ie. 5 to 6 EG, but you know its real when she acknowledges change, considering she did not know what you were privately doing. SCORE !
Goal is to increase length from 6 BPEL to 8.

retinoid, I have just gone back to OTS myself since I was hardly feeling much from other angles like BTC. maybe i've plateaued my lig gains but I feel my real limiting factor, especially with my LOT, is my tunica so i've gone back to OTS.

i am curious to know what your current routine is like? do you split up your OTS sets? also, what type of hanger do you have? (i use a Bib)

I have a pulley and rope system hanging from the floor joist in the basement, which allows me to do OTS hanging. This way I can target a couple of different angles. I normally hang with the weights suspended in front of me or I turn around and have the weights hanging over my back. I can also turn sideways, either left or right, and step out from under the pulley with my penis being pulled up at a slight angle. This will hit the bottom left/right side of my shift, which ever is opposite the angle which my penis is pointing.

When I'm hanging with enough weight I feel a big stretch under my balls and up to the glans. When I remove the weight I can definitely feel my penis contracting back to normal. Once the hanger is removed it kind of looks like an accordian. If anyone has the capability to do this set up, I would give it a try, it's really easy to do.
