I've been doing these for a week, I'm unable to hang because of being uncut. But instead of a kettlebell I use the handle of my backpack, and fill it with heavy items and such like in the pic.

I think it's quite good but I'm not sure, I feel more fatigue in my gripping hand than the penis, but hope it's working there too. Currently doing 30 minutes, twice a day with around 13lbs. Is this enough time? I ask because I'm in uni so normally busy, and it's pretty painful and mentally taxing so hopefully it's enough lol.

You shouldn't hang if uncut? Why?

I have no idea why an uncut guy would have problems hanging. I'm very loosely circumcised and my shaft skin goes over my glans when I hang. Perhaps poor hanger technique, and/or the wrong hanging device?

I plan to start hanging when I finish JP90, is it not recommended for uncut people in general, or is it just this dudes opinion?

Opinion. Anchoring the weight should be done around midshaft or closer to the stomach. Everyone is the same at that range, cut or uncut.

I'm uncut and have had no problems hanging, just saying... Just a steep learning curb and some people like to blame something rather then admit they aren't doing something right.

So I just started hanging with the BIB. I noticed my glance is getting pretty cold, how do I know when it's too cold and I should stop? Should this (getting cold) be prevented and if so, how? I just started with 1kg (2,2 pounds) and I'm not getting fatigued at all. This was my second time hanging, should I add some weight already?

Hello All,

Just thinking on start with hanging. Very good thread!

My question is, will hanging help with a curved penis also?

Thansks,

Yep, check out page one, where I outline an example routine and give advice on how/when to move up.

Hey!! I Just had my first hanging session today - 3x5min at 2,2 lbs. Everything felt tight and it all went pretty easy. I did no warm up or down, just a couple of helicopter shakes, manual stretches and some kegels before and after. How important is warm up/down when hanging for making gains?

I like to warm up to prevent injury, some dont think this is required. I do not believe that there is ant statitical evidence that warm ups help with gains but I still do them. For me it is as much mental as anything. I feel ready when I am warmed up.

If you apply viscoelastic material theory to it then the heat allows the ligs and tunica to reach the plastic stage sooner. The elastin fibers strain quicker so that the collagen fibers bear the load sooner.

I too warm up automatically. This is not a big deal. Getting a beer from the fridge is.
