Hello there.
I've tried to make a routine for myself, based off of advice from some good people here and some reflection on what my penis has told me regarding the different exercises. I've liked the Ultimate Jelq, I usually do 10 to 15 reps of it with as much force as I can use every other day because I notice that I get a slight bruising on the under side of my glans after the exercise. I was scared at first however I've noticed that I get increased sensibility on this area. Can I consider this slight bruising a positive PI? Because usually on the morning after I get a very hard erection.

Thank you,

Sky Runner.

P.S.

I almost forgot, I have been here, P.E.-ing for a year now!

SR.

I've gotten similar bruising on the underside of my shaft through my performing my jelqing routine. My erections are still pretty hard right now, but just to be careful I'm taking time off until the bruises subside. I figured that if I kept training with the bruises, they would just get bigger/worse.

The bruising seems to be going away, so I'll resume my routine in a few days.

I do not believe any bruising is considered good. The increased sensitivity is probably a result of the healing process. So far I believe you have been lucky (or you are a fast healer) and that you are risking exacerbating the bruise by not giving it enough time to recover completely.

So my initial idea of UJ -> bruising, then 2 days off, the UJ again is good?

I say it'd be best to wait until all the bruising goes away. Then next time you UJ, use less force and increase it every workout so that you're not bruising yourself every time you do your routine.

You can work up to a higher amount of pressure, but it should be done gradually.

An inch and 1/2 deeper than before
Do not jelq with any bruising, especially UJ,s. They are an awesome exercise but they are also intense.

Please never jelq with "as much force as possible". That is how you get hurt!

Sounds bad to me. I have never experienced any sort of bruising on my genitals and I hope I never do. I've had some pretty hurt balls, but I don't think they ever bruised. A bit of chafing from biking sometimes... but that's just the skin.

Well, I went through the old PI article and found the perfect word to describe the "haematomas" on the underside of my glans: spotting. Listed as a neutral PI (I knew they were not negative). Being a neutral PI and considering my penis feels very good when I have these very little red spots I think I can interpret them as a positive PI, as long as I don't get of many of them and that they are not any larger than the piercing tip of a needle (which now they are).
Thank you for your concern and sorry for the late reply, CUSP82, GoingForGold, BigO, not2big and caesarxcin.
