I'm usually pretty good when it comes to speaking with girls. But often I don't bother to get laid..
It used to be a bonus for be to get laid, but I didn't care if I wouldn't because when I went home I would masturbate to a FREAKISH hot pornobabe.
I usually masturbate once a day, before going to bed.

I've now decided to stop watching porn for good.
I'll only masturbate on sundays and hopefully my T-level and horniness will be at max around friday/saturday when I'm out partying.
At this point, getting laid will not be a bonus but a must to steam of my load.

This log will follow my progress on how abstinence effects me.

Will I try to get laid more often?
Will I be more focused in school?
How is my mood?

I'll start today and will masturbate this sunday.
So,it's only abstinence from masturbation. Not sex.

Congratulations on your plan. It will definitely be an interesting journey. Most men watch porn and masturbate without really thinking about it. It's always there when you need it, and the idea of avoiding it seems unfathomable.
I know from personal experience there is a link between porn, excessive masturbation, and libidinous energy. Several years ago I made a serious attempt to stop watching porn. I was with a girl I was extremely into and I became preocupied with increasing my health, on all levels. When I stopped watching porn, my sex life immediately improved. In the world of tantric sex, its well known parctise for men to avoid ejactulating all together. For the average person today this would sound insane, but It has been practised for centuries. I just did some quick googling and it seems as though 7 days is the peak of your T levels, so it looks like you did your research as well....But if your concerned with semen health, which I doubt you are since your are not trying to have kids, then 2 days seems to be the sweet spot. The main reason I took a look was because I remember reading in the past about semen quality would deteriorated after 3 days. This is, of course, when my wife and I were planning on having kids.

Good luck on your journey, keep in mind, that intercourse may actually increase your testorone levels, so if T levels are your main goal don't give up the chance to have some good ole fashion fun.

Pretty good.
I'm very busy with my studying right now because of the exams. So I haven't been out partying or seeing friends. Can't tell you how it have affected me socially.
I've noticed that I think much more about sex when I haven't masturbated. When seeing a girl outside (even a 5 to 6 on a scale of 10) I think of how good it would be to put my dick in her.

I didn't usually get these thoughts before (well, of course if 9 or 10 walked by), but all other girls were just cute.

I'm supposed to masturbate today but I'b so busy with the studying that I don't want to masturbate. I have a headache and don't feel to masturbate...
