I'd say learn to push your comfort zone/boundaries. I was never one to want to talk to girls/have experience with the ladies. But I forced myself to start approaching them during the day. Ex, on my community college campus. Socializing, and flirting is becoming easier, while intimidation is lowering as I see the girls as they are. just girls.

No, not sad. Not being negative, I don't want to get in trouble lol, just being realistic.
Seriously, you just have to want to push yourself outside of your norm. I still remember when I was scared to look girls in the eyes, and talked extremely fast. Takes time and persistence. Also keep in mind to have an abundance mindset, who cares if you get rejected, there's mostly like a girl just like her or better within a 10 mile radius.
Girl was straight up staring at me when I drove by her yesterday. I then parked and did not go and talk to her lol
Yeah, try not to miss on those obvious invitations to talk with them, practice talking with everyone, everyday.

You're going to regret not taking chances when you were young. I regret being a little shy bitch for most of my middle school all throughout high school experience. Now I'm a freshman in college and things are turning around
Take it one step at a time, say hi and make eye contact with people working cashiers, say what's up to guys, say hi to ugly girls. Do what needs to be done, it will get easier as long as you put in effort.
Cause if you're too scared to approach a girl, how are you even gonna be able to use your unit unless you're using it to satisfy your hand.

Yes I do. 1)Getting made fun of by and about girls throughout high school, and to a lesser degree college. 2)My own insecurities of having been fat and still having a small dick. 3)Having a girl finally like you just to fuck you and realize you weren't good enough

Everyone has to start somewhere, just try to remember that the past is in the past, and live for today.
Regarding 2
I don't know if you've picked up lifting, but usually that's a self confidence booster, and your PE will get your penis where you want it to be in time.
Regarding 3

Oh yea. Not fat anymore. Pretty toned, just a few problem areas. Right now I'm actually fairly positive thinking. But fear won't leave me totally. Pe is just a shot in the dark for me.
I use this as a motivator for fear whenever I'm dealing with a girl. I have this in my phone and wallet.
"Are you here to get the girl or get the skill? If it's skill, then why does a rejection matter? Does it have any effect on your life? The fear is an illusion. Don't let illusions hold you back from achieving your goals."
Girls reject guys based off the stupidest reasons though, if anything, the rejection is on themselves. They could have been having a bad day, someone died in their family, they just got raped, whatever... But if you're going to be negative, I guess good luck in life.

I kind of have that Clark Kent look.thats how i felt with the girls i liked a lot this year, rejection doesn't hurt too bad if the meeting > asking out process only takes a week or two but if you like them a lot for a couple of months before you ask them out, it hurts like hell tbh
