Different arousal levels tend to cause different kinds of kissing. Sense what your partner likes, in general they like what they are doing to you, so if they come in with pressure meet them with the same amount. If they only part their lips a little and just tease with their tongue don't try and pry their mouth open with your tongue, just follow their lead and lightly tease with your tongue. If they suck on a lip for a second, wait a few beats and return the favor - ect ect. You get the idea.
Also, try and keep your hands in a safe zone initially - don't go right for the ass, or the breasts, but holding her neck lightly with your hand and brushing her cheek with a thumb, or placing your hand on her hip or the small of her back (depending on how you're positioned) and lightly pulling her closer to you - just a little pressure, will help her to know that your WHOLE body is into her, not just your lips.
