Thought id get this thread going again.
Now I just came up with a recipe today, but its not a grill recipe, its a soup.
My mom was about to throw out an entire rosted chicked that was about to go bad tomorrow, so I grabed it and decided to make a pot of soup, and it was amazing.Heres what I did.

Ripped off all the meat from the chicken and threw it in a pot
Cut up one half of a big red onion, one samll one would do fine
Chopped up 4-5 sticks of celery
2 mediem size carrots
2 potatos
1 Tbl spoon of fresh pepper
1 Tbl spoon of misses dash
2 Tbl spoons garlic powder
2 chicken stock cubes
1 Tbl spoon of chicken stock sauce
And a dash of cajun seasoning

It made a really nice spicy chicken soup, it has a great flovor.

Millia's Sweet and Spicy Steak Marinade
(I don't and can't give you any accurate measurements for the ingredients because when I cook I'm just throwing it in by sight. I don't measure anything when I cook)
Soy Sauce
Splash of lime juice
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Ginger
Tobasco
LOTS Garlic Chili Paste
Couple Splashes of Sherry AND Cream Sherry
Minced Garlic
Dehydrated Onions
Red Wine Vinegar

Incidentally this is also good for burgers as well

Sometimes when Im on the go, I like to cook during the weekend a whole batch of chicken breasts to last me a week or so, I keep it simple but it tastes quite awesome.

Lemon Juice
a tiny bit of olive oil
Montreal Steak Spice

I know, steak spice on chicken, but I swear, its awesome, Im not sure if you can get good Montreal Steak spice in the States, but if you do, try for sure, its awsome. I also like at add a little bit of Louisiana Hot sauce after they're done cooking.
