Been lurking for a couple of months.
Short intro:
I am 23, high sex drive, very into clean eating/living and boxing. I am here to obtain a girth goal, my length is sufficient at 7.5 bp. I realize now I am pretty lucky to have that starting stat.
I have horrible EQ. The reason for this, a pedo showed me porn when I was 8 years old, and I have been whacking off ever since. He never abused me in any way, family friend, suggested alot of stuff but no touching took place.
The main problem with beating off since 8 years old, I've been using porn way longer than anybody else I've ever heard of, and the usage has damaged my ability to get aroused without high levels of stimulation. If I abstain from all stimulation (reading online sex stories causes me to precum, and this damages my ability to get aroused for a few days minimum), my sex drive and EQ return with a passion.
Unfortunatly for me, as soon as my EQ returns, intense urges to relapse set it. I always have done so, and get set back to square one :'(
I can't actually PE until my EQ is good, and I can't get a solid erection while my brain is in this damaged state. It normally takes about 1.1-5 months for my libido to return (that puts me in the lucky category, porn induced erectile dysfunction wise), at which point it is magical - my EQ in every area dramatically rises. I'll rate the respective EQ's now:
Strength -- 7, quickly declining to 6
Ease of obtaining -- 6 (seems impossible before arousal)
Ease of maintaining -- zero (I have no control, it never goes to 0%, but quickly becomes a 50% hard-softie.
Morning wood -- zero
Night wood -- zero
after abstaining from all stimulation (apart from with my partner):
strength -- 10
Ease of obtaining -- 10 (multiple unwanted erections per day)
Ease of maintaining -- 10 (my ligs are not accustomed to a strong erection, it aches so good)
Morning wood -- it exists, I've only really had 2, as I relapse onto a stimulation binge so soon
Night wood -- as above.
So as you can see, dramatic effects. I can go from the lower set to the upper set in 1 day, after intense self stimulation. I won't go into it, but my self stimulation is far more intense than whacking off to some porn, as my needs for novelty have been rising and rising for 15 years now
, they also no longer match my sexual orientation. It's a problem.

I use 2 green tea bags, small sp of ginger, maybe 2 tbsp lemon juice, and a tbsp of honey, 3-4 times daily, or as my desire for a hot drink dictates
I do my kegels, but my interesting self-stimulation habits mean I (probably) have a very weak pelvic floor, so no reverse kegels for me, yet. I am to be doing towel holds in 2015, but I can't get a full erection yet.
I will do focused girth jelqing work, maybe some stretching, maybe flaccid bends, maybe bathmate. My goal is 1 inch girth + EQ, I have given myself about 3 years to do so, so I will be upping intensity as slowly as possible.
So:

Get full control over both kegels
Increase girth to something considered large.

Due to my EQ, my average girth (4 and 7/8ths ranging to 5 and 1/8th) is actually at a low working average, 4.5. Luckily for me, I can realize a 0.5 inch girth gain within 1.5 months without even doing PE!
