Pretty similar to most peoples intros but with a twist. I have a long history of depression / bipolar and have been on a lot of psych meds which have affected my penile health. I did not have sex for five years ( now in my late 30's ) out of fear and shame. For the past eight months I was in a relationship and the sex was great, so I broke through that barrier. I started using low dose cialis which has been a godsend. Now that I realize I have a penis again I won't to focus on its health.

MEG - 4.6

Im not really liking my girth too much. Strangely Im much wider relative to my girth around 1.65 in diameter , 1.75 at the base. If my math is correct a 4.6 MEG should be a bit under 1.5 across. With my width I should be around 5.2 MEG. I guess I lack depth.

I've purchased an X30 and have been using / getting used to it. Ive noticed some interesting changes. my penis is much veinier now and orgasms are better ( sometimes I can have two orgasms back to back ). I don't think Ive added any girth over the last month of use, maybe it went from 4.5 -4.6. I've also been jelqing a bit.


I find it hard to keep suction with the bathmate and have been staying in it for 5 minutes so as to slowly warm up to it and not push things.

Im not even sure if Ive seen results yet but Ive noticed positive changes in flaccid size, its appearance, and sex has become more intense. I guess I'd like to fill women up more.

One last question, how do you stay hard in the bathmate? I can get hard and pump it up but no matter what I do after I come out of it I just have a bigger flaccid.

Also any recommendations on adding depth

People will tell you to start with the newbie routine like jp90, but I started with an x30 as well and that's where I got basically all of my gains so far. I spent the first month being careful like you for the most part (please keep doing it safe), but after that I started going for about 20 minutes building up to max pressure at the 10 minute mark.

One huge downfall of my high pressure pumping is that my sensitivity is off the charts. I used to have trouble lasting more than 5 minutes before I discovered PE, and now with high pressure pumping I can't even last 30 seconds. The good news is that with some time off that increased sensitivity goes away.

My gains are in my signature. These are not EQ gains either. My best measurement late in college with great EQ was 5.7 inches in length and i've gained almost a half inch in 4 months with just pumping.

In retrospect I think I should have started with jelqs/stretches, but pumping will work as long as you are very safe about it. Don't do too much too fast.

I forgot about your question about staying hard in the bathmate...

Do kegels while you're in the bathmate, especially when you're about to increase the pressure. I've exited the bathmate erect a few times using this approach. Also I think this increases the chance that your pump expansion is true blood flow inner expansion rather than other fluids that build up that aren't actually helping your gains.

The days when I pump during great morning wood are the times where I can really hold my erection best. Using your body's schedule is a good idea if you have the chance to do that.

For what it's worth very few people can stay hard in a pump, so don't feel bad. You can get gains either way.

I recommend you click on and read the Start button at top left of page Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

You can continue with your Bathmate; however, I recommend you Pick one of the beginners routines and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time. Jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. Pumping and manual exercises are complimentary.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone.Aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.
