I will be honest with you. Green tea, is THE MOST FUCKING IMPORTANT THING KNOWN TO MAN!!!!

Its the best thing anyone can tip down their throat. It is the closest thing we have to the fountain of life. The worlds healthiest foods has quite a good explanation of the benefits of green tea

I only power read the article and yes, it does sound like green tea has many health benefits, but I also noted a few things in regards to our PE objectives.

The articles states that green tea "prevents proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells", "prevents angiogenisis", "decreases IGF-1 levels and increases IGF-1 binding protein", and "reduces VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor".

Basically this is how green tea protects against cancers and hearts disease by limiting the growth and development of new blood vessels. Does this effect our PE efforts, I do not know.

I think the key word is "New" blood vessels. Cancer will make new blood vessels to feed it'self.
The existing vessels in your penis will only get stronger.

Green tea is also good combined with ginkgo for diabetic retinopathy. A symptom of retinopathy is the proliferation of new blood vessels. Both are good for type two diabetes due to the fact they both lower blood glucose levels.

Great point, however I wouldnt think this would be an issue or people wouldnt get fat or grow bigger muscles from weight training if they also drank green tea as no or limited new blood vessels would ever grow to service this new tisssue. Green tea is certainly not a no no when weight training

Hey Nips ,thats what I used to do when I was young. After awhile I became multiorgasmic. It was only after I got to a pe site I learned it was called edging. There is also a related form called ballooning. I thought I was just a late maturer when my penis grew now I know different.

So I was thinking about how the book was specifically referring an increase erect size. I have 4.5-5" of FL and 3.75-4" of FG. By the averages I'm not that bad off flaccid. But, I only get up to 7 nbpel and (the real problem) 4.25" EG. That's only .25 increase in girth from flaccid to erect. I've had girls ask me if I have circulation issues, and I'm pretty sure my parents had my heart checked out because saw me when I went to the hospital for alchohol poisoning. I've read that penis growth primarily occurs between the ages of 12 and 16. I didn't start jerking off until 16.

I'm thinking perhaps I did not sustain enough erections for long enough during the crucial years of growth and that is why i have such a small difference between FG and EG. Most people on here with my FG seem to be getting up to the 4.9-5.2 range EG. This is leading me to believe that andractim might be particularly effective for me. I'm ordering it no matter what, but what do you think of my theory?

Nope, started growing pubs in 11th grade, had one of the fullest mustaches in my grade by 7th grade. By 16 I had reached my full height.

I just recently started drinking green tea as of yesterday for the first time. It's delicious and I didn't know it had benefits on this as well as just general health... I got "Celestial Green Tea" with white tea included. It's good stuff, any other brands yall recommend? This stuff is subtle but delicious.

Perhaps this this just wishful thinking, but I'm starting to put together some information on DHT and finding that I very well may have suffered from low DHT levels during puberty. It is certain that I did not have problems with low testosterone, but perhaps my free testosterone/DHT ratio was high.

This book I found states that signs of low DHT "have a tiny prostate gland and well as a luxuriant head of hair. They never develop prostate enlargement or go bald!" I don't know about my prostate, but I know that I have a VERY thick head of hair and everyone always tells me I'm never going to go bald.

If I had a nickel for every time I was calls bitch-tits I would be a very rich man.

Perhaps it was low DHT that caused me to have low libido during the early years of puberty which is why I never spanked the monkey.

If it was, indeed, low DHT/Testosterone levels that prevented my growth. It would be logical to think that taking it would help myself and other people who are sitting in the same position as me significantly with making gains from PE. Now, however, I have to research androgen receptors and ways to increase them, preferably specifically in the penis. I am going to continue my research now, but if anyone has any info on androgen receptors, your input would be welcomed.

Damn, I'm the only one posting here but I keep finding more information. I don't know about all of you, but when I read through this thread the first time I was still a bit confused as to how DHT actually worked. Hopefully this will help people new to PE or possibly even some veterans. I did some research and found actual lab experiments on the subject. So here is a condensed version of what I learned; I hope you guys will appreciate it.

In the years leading up to and during puberty, the smooth muscle tissue in our penis has high levels of AR mRNA which stands for androgen receptor messenger ribonucleic acid. Messenger ribonucleic acid translates the DNA's genetic code into the amino acids that make up proteins. (1) DHT is an androgen that the receptors can use to rebuild the smooth muscle in our penis. During puberty our body starts to produce high levels of testosterone and DHT. With an abundance of AR mRNA, our penis is able to grow rapidly. In a study using rats, the mature rats had less than 1/25th the level of AR mRNA than the youngest rats. (2) Essentially, we have enough to rebuild and maintain, but not continue to grow. DHT is not the limiting factor, the limiting factor the amount of androgen receptors in your penis. However, the amount drops drastically after puberty. The theory in the book by Kingpole is that keeping yourself engorged for 30-60 minutes with high levels of DHT locally creates more AR. Whether this is true or not is up to debate. The guy appears to know what he is talking about so I’m staying optimistic. But, it is also possible the DHT works simply by giving you harder better erections which pushes your tunica even further past its limit while allowing you to train harder because of better recovery. I would love to see the actual research.

Yeah you increase those androgen receptors that lie dormant by edging for a long period of time say 30-60 minutes every other day. And you drink lots of green tea or take green tea supplements to increase DHT. And to block testosterone from convertting over to estrogen you take passsion flower extract.
