I got my blood work done because I was worried I had him estrogen or something because I feel like I have slight gynecomastia. I got the results back today and go in tomorrow to go over the results with he nurse practitioner and it seems like she doesn't know much. Everything is normal except a few things.. Let me know what you think.

Total testosterone: 602
Total estrogen: 75
Estradiol serum: 33.3
DHEA/androstenedione ratio serum: 636

The dhea one is the one that is freaking me out because that's crazy high and it says online I could have a adrenal tumor. Feel pretty pathetic hat my testosterone is low too. I have rapid male pattern baldness. Came on suddenly. Life sucks.

Seems pretty low/average to me. Like I said I'm more concerned with the dhea. I have no idea why it would be that high. I think I have something serious wrong with me.

Here's a quote I found online.

"Males between the ages of 20 and 29 have a normal range of 280 to 640 microgram/deciliter"

And Mines 636!

Went over the results with her. She didn't even seem concerned with the high dhea even though I showed her links saying it was high. Got them to draw more blood to check cortisol, sex hormone binding globulin and I think a test to check for insulin resistance..

You are still in the normal range so that's good. Yet you are still concerned and you are taking it up with your doctor. It is great that you are being active in your health care!
Good on you!

Ever since someone noticed a few nodules on my thyroid during an exam, I need to get ultrasounds and bloodwork (for TSH) done yearly. That said, there is a range, and so long as you are within it, no one seems to worry/care much. I'm on the side of having an underactive thyroid, but since numbers are still in range they won't do anything about it. Essentially, I've learned not to worry until they worry.

If the normal range is 280 to 640 and you're 636, why are you worried it's high?

I've read on some sites that say in the 500-700 range it's excessive and further tests are needed to rule out problems with your adrenal glans. On another site they say optimal dhea levels are 400-500. I wonder if juicing vegetables can raise dheas bcuz I do that everyday.. I forgot to mention I had my thyroid checked too and it was normal but less active than 3 years ago according to the results. This is what juicing a lot of broccoli does.

If the normal range is 280 to 640 and you're 636, why are you worried it's high?

Your levels are actually great. My testosterone levels were under 200 my whole life. Yes juicing can raise your dhea levels. There are still a lot of good benefits with your numbers. You should actually be celebrating those numbers.
