First, sorry if this post seems somewhat long, just want to make PE as efficient and get the best results as possible.

Did about one month of PE prior to this new routine I want to start... Not much of a new routine rather than just adding more time to it because I finally have the time and feel that my unit is more used to PE now.

Some Background of the first month.
First 2 weeks of PE Routine:

> One minute warm up
> 2-3 minute manual stretches (didn't do this in every workout)
> 5 minute jelqs
> One minute warm down
(A random 3 times a week)

Second 2 weeks of PE Routine:

> One minute warm up
> 5 minute manual stretches
> 5-10 jelqs (closer towards 10 minutes especially during 4th week of PE)
> One minute warm down
(2 days on, 1 day off)

End of month gains:

Gains:
> BPEL: +.45-.5
> MEG: +.25-.4 (depending one erection level because sometimes had trouble getting past 80%-90% EQ),
> BG: +.1-.15

Postives: Way better EQ and good PI's, plus no injuries

Took 5-7 day break from PE after this first month of PE and these routines:
Notes/Findings after this week break:

> Kept the BPEL: +.45-.5 :D
> Lost some EG: according to .25 gain loss -.15 in MEG, and according to .4 MEG -.25 gain loss, BG: stayed the same, I think, cause I measured BG real quickly for some reason
> Did notice that the unit looked much more noticeably skinnier when I took the week break from PE (especially towards the end of that week) so this sort of helped ensure me that the girth loss was in fact real and not completely due to incorrect measurements. I also understand to concrete/keep gains it sometimes takes time even after gaining some to make that gain permanent.

Started PE again just yesterday... Did a 20 minute jelqing session yesterday(sort of poorly :/)... Then did 6 minutes manual stretches and 20 minutes jelqing today (Very good form and everything)

So... Here's the question? What do you think of this new routine? Am I moving to fast or do you think this is good? Take something away or add more etc.? Change the types of exercises or add different types of exercises?

MY NEW ROUTINE!
Because I finally have time to do a dedicated 3 months of PE without distractions! :D

> 1 minute warm up
> 10 minute manual stretches (straight, up, down, left, right)
> 20 minute jelqing
> 1 minute warm down
(2 days on, 1 day off for rest)

Extra Goals for this new routine/starting this routine:

> Also my main determination with this new routine will be to ensure best possible quality in form and performance of the exercises for best results possible. (Especially the fact that I already made a permanent .45-.5+ gain in length and a permanent .15-.2 in girth)

> Use a tape measure to measure girth instead of string and ruler method. (Because I feel it is more accurate to determine gains and actual current size)

I am planning to do this routine for 1-2 months and will measure every two weeks and keep posting results. (I'm going to start a thread in the progress forum in two weeks after first (so in two weeks) measurements and EQ gains from this routine.)

Your new routine looks good. You are doing it right, slowly increase the time and intensity over time. Just keep an eye on your PI's and let them be your guide for making adjustments to your routine.
