It's going to make one year in about a month and a half for me.

I was thinking that after I finish April, I should take it easy from PE for a week or two, and then restart the JP90, or just jelq and v-jelq for a month or two, and then get back into more advanced stretches.

Good idea or bad idea?

Why not just continue your routine, but add advanced exercises?

BTW, after you finish April, send her my way :becky:

Ha. April's a classy one, she doesn't get passed around.

But I've already been adding advanced exercises, I've been doing them for awhile now. But I'm starting to see gains slow down some AND I forgot to progressively do more.

Like instead of starting at two, and moving up to ten, I've just been doing sets of 10 this whole time, and I'm reading that progressively adding more increases your gains.

Yes, adjusting your routine per your PI's does indeed help with promoting gains :)

As far as stopping PE, and starting over... I've read about people doing this. Just let it be known that you might lose some gains if they're not cemented during this break. I might attempt this method in January, seeing as my schlong got shocked into growth when I started PE in January.

This is the second time i've heard the term "shocked into growth."

How did you do it this first time?

Experimentor, if your gains are slowing you might just be hitting a natural plateau, maybe instead of taking time off you could switch your routine about? Sure you could even change your days on/days off, you could drop down for 1on1off for a few weeks which could help gains, would minimise risk of losing gains if you took a few weeks completely off, and you wouldn't need to recondition when you came back :) Just an idea.
